They are very unsanitary! They refuse the same tools to clean your feet on everyone’s feet! The guy that works here literally took the sponge he scrubbed my feet with, washed it out in my feet water and put it back in the container. No fresh tools here! They also do not do callus removal! I got a pedicure and the bottom of my feet was not taken care of as it should! I asked him T remove my callus and was told no! They don’t know how to do designs and there’s mold in the chairs. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE I BEG!!! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!! They treat you how they want because they’re basically the only in Quincy. I feel played.

Polish was to thick and had not dried in 6 hours on the 2 big toes. Went back for repair very rude and blamed me . Very rude and unprofessional . I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

0 stars. Did an awful job painting my nails with gel polish for manicure and pedicure. It looked like a little kid painted them. Became very rude when it was brought to their attention. Then proceeded to accuse me of doing that to them before when I have never done that before. charged me full price for nails that looked absolutely ugly and unprofessional. Even tore off my skin on multiple fingers while using the electric nail filer. The entire experience was awfully insane. Someone else posted my exact thoughts !!!! Gel nails awful. I went there for the first nails ( the wife did them) they weren't the best but I gave them another chance because they weren't busy. The husband did my fill-in, he asked me who did my nails, I said your wife. He was totally quiet he was worse than her !!!! I will never go there again !!!!

Aweful nails! $60 for misery. I got yelled at by the girl doing my nails because I told her the nails were all crooked and she said she's not done yet, she was just chopping away. Don't put acrylic on nails you can't even file to fix. They are all different lengths especially my thumbs. I was told to come closer the entire time and I had to tell her I can touch the back of her chair. Never going there again! Poor customer service and bad nail jobs.

Owner was very rude, had an attitude when I informed him that I wanted my toe mail tip cut shorter. I informed him that I wouldn’t allow his attitude nor allow him to speak to me in an aggressive manner. I didn’t have an attitude when I voiced my dislike of how my big toe nail looked and that I had a right to voice my complaint. I will NEVER patronize this place again!!!!Service: Pedicure

I went to this nail salon for a filling she had to replace my thumb nail and cut it way shorter than the rest of my nails I asked her if she would cut the rest of my nails down to match that one she cut to short and she got very hateful and yelled at me I do not recommend this salon to no one the nail tech has poor people skills and very rude.

When I first walk in she yelled and said that "YOU NEED A MASK"!!!! we ask if they had one she yelled and said NO!!! We didn't know that they closed at 6 so she came closer and said "WE CLOSE"!!!!. Another time is when is when her racist husband did my granddaughter nails and kept hitting her hands and messed up her nails.I recommend you not to go there for there bad inconvenience,rude,and mean place.We will never ever got back to that rude mean disgusting placeService: Manicure

The lady is very rude and unprofessional.She yells at the customers and talks to them with an attitude. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. They are not worth it. I wish I could have give yhis 0 stars that’s what they deserve.

I love this salon! The only one I come to! They’ve taken every precaution possible to prevent COVID and they are extremely sanitary, they make you sanitize when you come in, masks are mandatory and they spray down everything before and after. As someone with diabetes and thyroid I appreciate that. I especially love the young lady that is always offering sales on her spa facials. She is the sweetest. Love that it’s family owned and they’re all oh so so nice.

Horrible! We were in town for the holidays and the guy is absolutely the worse! I don’t know if it’s the area or what but no one knows what coffin shape is. The older lady in there had to fix my daughter nails. I wouldn’t recommend if you’re from out of town with class and needing a fix, I would just drive up to Tallahassee somewhere. I’m sure they are more experienced and have better customer service. But I guess that’s what you get in a country setting.
