If you come here,come here with a lot of hours to be waiting on the door.You get the door fast but I wish you luck getting out in less than 3 hours,so be prepared because you could be here for 8 hours (I have 8 and they don't finish yet)

Supervalu unfi not driver friendly at all special with frozen food don't matter the state you going to same bs lumber fee is way more that what you get pay for the loan you deliver in most times ice cream load seats for 18hrs 816.76 lumber fee detention pay 25hrs but good luck getting that money.run run keep running

If I could give negative stars I would. So slow and so inconsiderate of drivers time. Unloaded in 30 minutes and waited three hours for paperwork. Was told to stay in building and stand at desk to make sure I didn't miss the receiver guy doing my paperwork.

Guard lady super nice but I've been here over five hours just for them to unload a couple of pallets, slowest moving people on the planet.

I didn’t get the horror story of everybody else. 5 AM appointment one hour and 35 minutes for entire process. Product was off in 20 minutes 30 minutes. paid lumper for 135 and I was gone. Smooth like butter Baby

Hi Drivers, Please avoid coming to deliver aload to this Store. I have never seen such a misuse of driver time. They held me into a door. For 4hrs for half a
Pallet. Again the lumber chqrgers is too high. If all drivers could have rehect to deliver load for them they could have changed. So let all drivers stop picking there load.

Checked in by 7:00am got unloaded by 8:30am then i thought im leaving and book another lane for pick by 11:00 then i pay lumber fee but they don't wanna give me my BOL! The Manager is acting as racist and selfish. While i wait my BOL wich i even not able to guess how long it take, i gate late from my next pick up.the broker put freight gurd because these company. They mess my business and my day.

My app was set for 0500 on Monday. I arrived the previous night Sunday and the guard told me I can't get in until 0500 in the morning, but she told me alls truck wait at front of the guard check on the side of road. There are no parking posted at all, none. I waited there until 0500.
They arw very friendly there, and i get my papers by 0720. I don't know about bathrooms, i didn't needed. Capstone Lumper Services on that location. I have no issues.

Check in earliest at 5am at guard shack.,,. Black lady wearing a mask there in middle of night is the rudest thing in Florida right meow..
Unload is about 4-5 hrs…. And that’s if pallets are not that tall,,,, if you have full truck load and all pallets really tall,,, your here till 1pm….
There is only 4-5 trucks here for delivery Everytime so idk why it’s taking hr them so long….. LUMPER 150-250$$
Why 3 stars? Because 5am delivery and you can just go back to sleep and wake up at 9am and if you lucky you might be done… idk been to worse I guess,..

The most unprofessional rude and non cooperative i ever saw, they are refusing to accept delivery from last 2 days although they are not busy at all. They must understand time is equally precious for drivers.

Ever worst! Live unload 5:40Am to 1:00 PM. Around 7:30 hrs. Were they unloading or using my trailer as storage? Shame!!!!
