I have never been here before, I will never come back, had a 11pm appointment, never got a door until 130am. Took until 530 am to complete unloading, went in with 20 pallets, cap stone charged 769.00 dollars to do there job, recieving clerk was very rude, had pink headphones listening to something, when I asked a question she seemed to think I was bothering her,

Pulled up to the gate at 19:55 for a 02:00 appointment. Took my info and told me to park in the staging area. Received a door assignment at 22:50. Back into the door, paid the lumper fee and didn't receive my bills until 04:15 the next morning. Wasn't that bad. Was able to get some rest while getting unloaded.

2 stars bc the guard was cool and personal were polite...Double check your in and out times here... be prepared to wait after they call you to say come get ur papers & document the unloading time instead of when you get your papers & a greenlight.

Delivery wasn’t bad but the tow truck company that try’s to rob truckers is don’t park at the plaza by the delivery spot

If you have a 11pm appointment. They will not let you thru the gate to park till 8pm. And if you come here earlier thinking you can park at the abandoned IGA parking lot. You’ll end up getting a $750 boot put on your truck. So get here rite a 8 pm or later.

There is no parking here to do a 10hr break, while waiting for door you can stage here, and lot up street says " No Parking and they will put wheel locks on you." Room for couple trucks over by dry warehouse. They don't give you their phone # and they don't monitor ch 14 like sign says. Checked in at 1500 for a 2300 appt, said they would call me. 0200 no phone call went back to gate and the afternoon gaurd had written my checking in the wrong spot. Now I'm a work in and missing next delivery.

As a truck driver going to new places you generally check the reviews to see what kind of experience you will have.I had an appointment an appointment at 2 a.m. pull up to the guard shack at 1:15 a.m. and got checked right in and got a door. Checked in with receiving after backing in got a text for lumper fee within an hour of appointment and then got a call about two hours later with paperwork finished. Got out of there about 5 a.m.

They do have Over night parking with a porta potty. (Which im thankful for that atleast.)Had a 1AM appt. They put us to a door at midnight didnt get finnished unloading till 7:30 only to be charged $1073.38 for a lumper fee and according to capstone was due to case count and bad wood. All pallets needed swapped out aparently.

Got here early and they put us to a door an hour before our appointment time been at the door for over 8 hours and the lumper was almost 1100 due to high case count and bad wood on the pallets

App 04.00 arrived 03.20. Got the door right away, checked in after unload payed a large unload fee and done in less then 2 hours. Except for the fee, a fast in and out.

App at 1am. Check out at 3.30am. Didn’t call me for the paperwork after I paid a lumper. Should go to Capstone and ask them by yourself.

They work very slowly. Arrived at 9:30 pm and was released at 8 am. There were only two pallets.
