  The folks at Quincy U-Haul were very patient with us when it took longer than expected to move our furniture (due to circumstances outside our control) and they didn't charge us for bringing the truck back late! We were very grateful and will definitely give them our business again!

  Our car broke down on the side of the road and we needed a tow trailer. this U-Haul was the closest one according to google and should have been closed at 5 pm . So, we went there for service and make it before 5 pm.The guy told us that they close at 4 on Saturdays, but we say that google says 5 he said he does not care about what google says. We have tried to explain to him that we are from Orlando ( around 5 hours from home ) and our car broke down on the side of the road to please help us to rent the trailer he has refused to help . At the end he just turn his back on us ,and left us in the store.
