Extremely disappointed in how USPS has handled this situation. While I was not home, a USPS vehicle backed into my mailbox—an incident that was clearly captured on our security cameras. I brought this to the attention of Postmaster Jennifer Lanier, who, after viewing the video evidence, stated it was somehow our fault because the mailbox “should have been more secure.”
The footage unmistakably shows the postal vehicle reversing directly into our mailbox and knocking it over. To claim this was due to it being “wobbly” is a poor excuse and a blatant attempt to avoid responsibility. I was then asked to send in the video, which I did, only to receive a follow-up call saying the same thing: that USPS is not responsible.
This lack of accountability is completely unacceptable and deeply frustrating. If USPS employees can damage private property and the response is to blame the homeowner rather than take ownership, then something is seriously wrong with the standards being upheld. This experience has been nothing short of asinine, and I sincerely hope USPS reevaluates how they handle situations like this moving forward.

1 mail is misdelivered woth increasing frequency. Packages, government checks, etc. Fedex and UPS do no have this issue. 2 attempts to call to resolve issue was frustrating and fruitless.

I call their recently and the lady hung up on me three times, while I was constantly saying hello then when, I called back they wouldn't answer. This is very unprofessional and I use to work to the post office, but ppl have no customer service skills and this is allowed.

One of the carriers that serves the Sawdust area refuses to close the mailbox even if it's pouring rain? I am not the only one

The mail carrier is lazy. It's unfortunate we have no one that holds the staff of USPS accountable. They have "lost" several of my packages and not even a supervisor will deal with it.

The mail carrier for my residency is lazy. They refuse to deliver mail because they have to get out of the vehicle and walk 3 feet to the mailbox. They want to be able to drive up and stick it in. USPS has no regulation or authority of how close the mailbox has to be to the road.

America is good enough & smart enough to build jails/prisons for us all. It is where 'we the people' belong. Look how we treat chickens, war crimes. Certain police entertain the idea of overtaking the courts/streets for complete control of society. They are a massive gang. Y/N: I thought about Honolulu's police department last night. Most of the people I encounter on a daily basis are not worthy of freedoms secured, exception: (f) clerk here.

Quincy has the worst Postal service I have ever had. My packages are always at the wrong address, though it clearly has the correct address on the package. My neighbors come looking for their mail or come deliver mine to me. Why is it so hard to deliver a package to the right address that is posted to the side of our houses? IF they actually get delivered to the correct address the Mail and packages are just thrown in the yard because the Mail carriers are beyond lazy and inconsiderate. I loathe Quincy postal service. We’ve had nothing but trouble for the last three years we’ve lived here. You know it’s bad when we are looking to sell and buy a home that don’t use this pitiful excuse of a mail service. Y’all should be ashamed. I’d give negative stars if I could because y’all truly don’t deserve the one star that is required.

This is the worst post office i have ever had the experience of working with and I've lived all over the US and in other countries with the military. They won't deliver mail if it's been raining and you live on a dirt road for fear of their precious cars getting muddy (they won't get stuck because the UPS and FedEx guys never do). They randomly decide to keep packages at the post office instead of delivering as they should and you have to miss work to get there before they close to pick them up. They NEVER answer their phones and you have to file complaints through the regional office and the federal USPS website to get ANYTHING done, including just getting your packages delivered. in this online ordering world that is not acceptable. And when you DO get a call back to talk to the "people in charge" and express your concerns and complaints, they just don't care. The two folks that actually work the desk in the location are very pleasant and I can't complain about that, but the carriers, policies, and people in charge need to be replaced pronto!

My husband and I made an appointment and came in today to get our passport pictures taken and forms finalized and sent out. We had no wait and were done in 20 minutes. Justin was such a giga Chad and knew the entire process, was fast, chill, and awesome. We even got to go in the backrooms to get our picture taken which made us feel like VIPs. I have never had such a pleasant, painless, enjoyable experience in a government building. If you have any such needs you will not be disappointed by the spectacular service at this Post Office. Thank you!
