My grandmother waited 11 days—from July 10 to July 21—for her medication to be filled, despite her endocrinologist assuring us it would be handled promptly. When she finally received it, she was told the delay was because the pharmacy assumed she couldn’t afford the $200 co-pay. That assumption is unacceptable.
It is not your place to decide whether someone can pay. I’ve checked in with her repeatedly, and each time, the prescription still hadn’t been filled. Whether this was due to her being on a fixed income—or worse, because she’s Black—it’s discriminatory and dangerous to make assumptions that delay someone’s medical care.
I expect someone to contact me immediately. If not, I will be pursuing this further. You don’t get to gamble with people’s health based on your personal biases.

It was a very good feeling to shop at Walgreen at the corner of Jefferson Street and Pat Thomas Street Quincy Florida 32351, they were friendly and courteous.

To shop at the Walgreens in Quincy, FL, is a nice experience. The store is always clean and well organized. The staff is courteous and always willing to help.

I scheduled a COVID/flu test at Walgreens in Quincy, FL, using their app, only to arrive early and be told they no longer offer the service. What's the point of advertising it as available and having customers schedule appointments if it isn't offered? Complete waste of time and extremely frustrating.

The pharmacy, very bad service, has made me go back and forth to get the covid vaccine... they have returned me 2 times and with an appointment I don't know if I will return again, maybe they will return me again... Walmart is much better

Came here to get my 3 prescriptions filled. I came back, they gave me 2 excuses as to why they didn't fill 2. They told me to wait or come back tomorrow. I came back the next day. They had 1 filled and still had to wait for them to fill the other. Idk what but what ever their operation system is, it is not working.

This store is always understaffed. Always a wait. Rarely get the rx on time.. and if you call plan on a good half hour because you'll spent a long time listening to bad music.

I always find what I need easily.I like the location of this store.The employees are always friendly and say hello. Very helpful. I've had to have extensive help making photos before and they were very patient. The pharmacy is nice, pharmacist is helpful. The bathroom is always clean.They also have cold drinks and snacks in store to purchase.

Horrible customer service. Stood in line got 20 minutes while the cashier was chatting with a customer. Ringing items up, taking them off as the line gets longer. Customer ahead of me goes to the camera department for help. That cashier wouldn’t ring our purchases up but did take time to say something to the clerk. Lost sale and customer here. Ridiculous?
