Got gas at this Circle K on the way back to South Florida from Gainesville. It was already getting dark at night so wanted to use this one. Also had to use the restroom afterward and washed up. Typical snacks and beverages being sold here.

The employees, other then the manager, are hard workers. It's a convenient store so there is some what a sense of urgency, but not with the manager. She made it quite clear, after me standing there for 10 minutes, that she was in no hurry. It was a shift change, I worked there many years ago so I understand what a shift change entails, a shift change takes about 20 minutes when you're moving but not when you're standing there playing with a little machine knowing I'm waiting. I have to get my ticket and leave which was fine because I didn't have time to keep waiting. For her to tell me "have a nice day" sarcastically as I'm walking out like she did nothing wrong was very unprofessional and illustrates the laziness and lack of customer concerns she posses toward the people that make her job possible. The two employees even gave me a sorry look as I walked out. I Never have a problem with anyone but her. Heather is absolutely not manger material, she does not take into account the customers feelings when they bring problems to her she is rude and behaves inappropriately for someone of a higher position. Sharon, Brett, or Lori would make better management as she has no desire to work just get paid.

Worst circle k around this area cashier mad us use the automated register and it charged us double and she said that we would have to wait for the manager left my name and number and got nothing I have to work too and can't get to the store when the managers there and thier phone doesn't work. And thier going to call the cops on us for wanting our money this has been since August 24th

I live right down the road from here and I love it. I come here every day and most of time 2 times a day. The staff is so underpaid because they work so hard. The hours are so vast I could not think of a time circle k was closed (not even Christmas). Their staff is constantly cleaning and fixing the store up. They never fail to create a positive environment for customers and fellow employees. I would honestly drive out of my way to go there compared to other stores due to the environment and the employees. Thank you so much to all circle k employees especially during covid!!! I hope yall get raises.

Love the Sip n Save account option! I think it's $5.99 for 30 days and you simply use your telephone number and type it in at the counter each day to have a speedy pre-paid checkout plus if you do the math it's saving you lots of money instead of purchasing each & every day and you save time too!!!... But you may only utilize it once per day, and there's no rollover, everyday after you activate you sip n save counts whether you use it or not!...

$2.79 Easy pay$2.89 cashPaid with cash and for a gallon rang up at $3.254Went to let them know it wasn't right and that we didn't want the change back. The lady behind the counter was very rude.

Would give 0 if I could. They're a 24 hour gas station yet three times this month they walk out when we pull up and tell us their closed. Last night we had pulled in and a worker comes out to tell they're closed at us. Yet they let a guy on a scooter who had just pulled up in while the worker gave us a death stare and told us to leave.
