Encore Resort at Reunion is a condominium of very beautiful and well-maintained houses close to Disney parks. It is a lovely and beautiful location with a great structure, featuring homes with 5 to 11 bedrooms. The resort has a great location, just 10 minutes from Disney property and within an hour of other major attractions. Amenities include tennis courts, volleyball, a waterpark, two restaurants, a gym, and an arcade. Many homes have a private swimming pool with a spa. Fins is noted as a great restaurant and the waterpark is a really nice amenity. Staff are described as pleasant, respectful, professional, and well-informed. However, some guests found the resort itself just okay. Issues noted include very loud music at the pool area, which drove some families away, and problems with noisy neighbors where security response was lacking. The check-out extension process also disappointed some. Despite this, it is considered a great family place for visiting Orlando, with a fantastic house and great amenities that make it really worth knowing.
The house we stayed in had nets, the couch was smelly like roaches and the table and dishes were dirty. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. I do think whoever owns that house needs to replace the couches or ensure they get stanly steamer to come after every 5 or more guests…
