Doors are always locked at night with the posted sign always on the doors driving customers away. You might as well say the store is open from 6 AM-11:30 PM.

The worst 7/11 I’ve ever been too. Employees lock the doors when they don’t want to be bothered, and if the doors or open they’re too busy making themselves food behind the counter to help any customers. There is also often a child behind the counter who grabs patrons there cigarettes and helps play cashier. This place should be investigated and shut down.

The quality of this 7-11 and the way people in it treat people is really declining. On the fly, I bought the gentleman behind me a bottle water, and in a hurry grabbed it so the clerk could scan it, the guy I bought it for was friendly and thankful. The clerk was rude and when I left the building he pulled the guy back into the store. It was a very weird and rude experience. I thought I was doing a nice thing and trying to swiftly help the clerk scan the bottle. 3 weeks prior to this incident there was a random guy walking the parking lot looking for change. At the door, he asked me for .50 which I didn't have and then proceeded to threaten my life and tell me he was going to set my car on fire. All while everyone including the clerks just watched on, cause he kept pacing in and out of the store. I was a full paying customer both times and go out of my way to be polite and nice to people. It is starting to feel very unsafe inside and outside of this store.

This is truly more than a gas station! The two ladies that work around 7 am are truly one of kind. Each more morning I am greeted with a genuine smile and how are you. We chit chat for about 20/30 seconds and then I am on my way. I have 17,000 points in my name and 7 other gas stations in the area and my loyalty is with this 711. These ladies make this 711 special and if they went somewhere else I might too. Thank you 711 for hiring amazing people ?

DON’T use your cards at the pump. I went here to fill up gas at the pump and I noticed three fraudulent transactions. I know it was from here because I rarely use it anywhere else. SO BEWARE! Tried to notify an employee or manager but no one answered the phone.
