My daughter had a themed wedding and I thought we were really going to challenge Judi with this one….. but in the midst of the World Series she hit the biggest bases loaded HOME RUN of all!!! My daughter has a soy allergy and we wanted a safe cake for her…. Judi made all three soy free and NO ONE could tell! They were DELICIOUS! And ZERO allergic reaction for the bride! (Already a winner!) Judi also made a gluten-free, soy free cake for us for another event and it was AMAZING too! Multiple flavors for guests who don’t like or are allergic to chocolate…. No problem! (And you MUST TRY her Sicilian Orange! HEAVENLY!) You say you want a “cat cake” with long eyelashes, whiskers, and a bow to match the theme…No problem! You say can you make one tier look more classic with a wedding lace texture and satin button detail, and realistic flowers to match wedding colors…No problem! (And they looked so real the server went to pick them off before serving and put her finger THROUGH one before she realized it was frosting!) You say you want a cityscape with bats flying around… No problem!!! And then she asks if you would like it delivered to the venue and set up before anyone gets there!!! Our venue was an hour away! No problem!She’s either Santa Clause or my Fairy Godmother! I couldn’t have asked for more…. Absolute PERFECTION!

I found Adjudicake on Google, I emailed her a very special request from my daughter who was turning 25. The cake had to be gluten & dairy free, we requested a red velvet cake & she did an amazing job! My daughter was beyond happy! The cake not only looked great, it tasted great! Thank you Judi for executing this cake perfectly 💕

I shared ideas for the cake I wanted for my moms 95th birthday. Judi did a beautiful work of art. It was the centerpiece of moms celebration. Too pretty to cut into but we did and it sliced very nicely. It was scrumptious, the strawberry preserves were a highlight to a moist and light cake. I'm so thankful I found Adjudicake! I highly recommend.

I found Judi on a search for small business cake bakers in the area and I was thoroughly impressed with her work on her website. Fast forward to her making my son’s baptism cake, it was incredible. She followed my vision and inspiration pictures exactly and the cake was delicious! She is quick to respond, helpful, provides thoughtful insight and suggestions, is timely, and is so kind and pleasant to speak to. I highly recommend Judi and Adjudicake to anyone and everyone!!

The cakes turned out so beautiful . Very great with communication and delivering. I’m so thankful we chose them for our daughter’s first birthday cakes . The guest loved everything from the presentation to the taste. Definitely will use again for the upcoming birthdays .

We got a cake for my daughter (erased the name on top for privacy).
It was a mixed design cake from Pinterest, Ms. Judi executed what I imagined very well.
We had hard time deciding what flavor to choose, because her cake flavors are so unique. We got Sicilian orange flavor. You are able to taste what is written on the website and her cake is not overpoweringly sweet (which it was a smash cake so I’m very happy for that), of course it was delicious, my husband loved and wanted extra lemon curd filling.
She’s very friendly and responds swiftly so she won’t leave you anxious how’s the process is going.

Working with Judi was a dream! I submitted my request, and she called me back within half an hour. My daughter, Josephine, was turning 4, and she wanted a beach-themed birthday cake. Judi and I discussed some ideas. I sent her some images I found online that I liked, and she took my idea and turned it into something so unique and special. My daughter wanted pink in the cake, so Judi took note and made some Bermuda pink sand. It was exactly what we wanted, and the cake was delicious to boot! We ordered her sour cream vanilla cake with fresh strawberry jam filling. With a combination of her strawberry Swiss meringue buttercream and vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream. Yum! If you're looking for a delicious cake made with real ingredients and paired with artistry, go to Judi!

I was referred by a friend to Ms. Judi for her delicious cakes and she did not disappoint! We ordered our wedding cake from her and she exceeded expectation in both presentation and taste. Before we knew it, our guest had eaten the entire cake! My husband and I highly recommend! Ms. Judi communicated very well and was quick to respond.

Judi did an amazing job making my son's 1st birthday smash cake and cupcakes for guests. She was super friendly and helpful throughout the ordering process. Both the cake and cupcakes were absolutely delicious! I really like that she had baby-friendly options for the smash cake (less sugar and safe ingredients). I wish I had gotten a picture of the cake before I unleashed my son onto it. It looked really awesome; it looked exactly like a dinosaur egg. And she didn't have to use any fondant (I think fondant is gross, so I was very happy about this). I will definitely order from her again.

I ordered a cake to celebrate my little yorkie's 5th birthday as he is a big part of our family. My experience with Judi from Adjudicake was top notch from beginning to end. The ordering process was easy and my cake was finished on time as promised. The cake was beautiful. Her attention to detail was amazing and it was one of the best cakes I've ever had. You can tell she uses the finest ingredients and she has a passion for baking. I can't say more about her. You won't be disappointed if you go with her.

We went with Adjudicake for my baby’s first birthday cake and the entire experience from beginning to end was complete and utter excellence. We did a princess/golf girl theme and Judi absolutely nailed it. We were blown away by the quality, the artistry, the details, the texture, and the TASTE. It was so hard choosing just 1 of the many flavor options so we did a cake and 2 different flavor cupcakes. The best I have ever tasted. Not too sweet, not too heavy. Our guests all wanted extra. But the real cherry on top is Judi herself. What a true professional and pleasure to work with. Cannot recommend her enough and now I’m going to have to find reasons to order more cake now. 😂 Thank you so much Judi for the stellar service and for being a part of our baby’s first special day!
