I paid $225 for my wedding dress to be cleaned and pressed for my wedding. They did nothing a normal cleaner would do to prep a wedding dress and keep it from wrinkling. My dress was plain white with a small train. I thought I was paying for them to hang it a certain way so that the dress wouldn’t squish itself when hung. Nope- just paid 20 times what it normally would cost for a dress to be cleaned and pressed. I brought it back and they pressed it again but hung it the same way. Do not get your wedding dress cleaned here.

My clothes were cleaned and returned to me in great condition. I mistakenly planned to pickup my clothes on Saturday before flying back home to Dallas Sunday morning. I realized at the last minute the Brandon location was closed on Saturdays. I immediately got in contact with the Riverview location. They reached out to the general manager who met me at the Kings location to give me my clothes. Amazing customer service! Officially a life long customer whenever I’m back in Brandon!

I've been using these guys for the better part of 4 years now. Probably one of the best dry cleaning experiences I've ever had. They're super consistent, really fair prices and they almost always have my shirts available a day before they tell me which is just nice even though I can't always pick them up early.
Really good level of service as well. Sometimes the buttons break off and they will repair it on the spot and somehow always have the exact buttons to match. They also did a phenomenal job when I had all of my down comforters professionally washed. Really good prices for that as well

Amazing Dry Cleaners is truly amazing! I always receive great customer service when I’m picking up or dropping off. My items are always ready as promised if not sooner. They do a fantastic job with my items as far as cleaning and pressing. Their online service is so convenient and their prices are great for my budget!

Long overdue review. This place is the best dry cleaners ever. I was getting married March 30th, 2024 and with everything going on I forgot I needed to get my dressed steamed and ironed. I walked in this place completely overwhelmed and needing a rush on my dress and veil. The lady at the front called the owner and they helped me out by getting it done overnight!! I’m so grateful for them and they made my wedding extra special. Please support their business, sweetest people ever. (Photo is the sweet lady who helped me)

Talia was very professional and nice. I went to Sage cleaners down the street first as a new customer because they were higher rated, and did not receive good customer service from the person behind the counter. I came to Amazing cleaners instead and got friendly service from Talia...thanks so much!!
