I was told one thing on the phone by the store get there to cash my check. And I'm told that they don't cash business checks. When I was told on the phone yes we still have your business just goes to show you the level of incompetence out of your employees!

So Amscot doesn't cash checks from business-to-business anymore has me go through the whole process and then to tell me that they don't cash checks for businesses anymore that makes no sense

Showed up 12 minutes before they closed. The doors were locked and they would not open the doors when they saw me. They told me to leave because they were closing. Take your business else where at all costs.

Today I had the pleasure of having Diana to help me. He was amazing I had my 1 hear old son with me and he kept hitting and grabbing the own while I was trying to sign papers. Diana handed him stickers until I was done. Great work!! Thank you

Girl was walking around doing everything but what she needed to do with me. Walking over to her drink 4 times, changing the AC, fiddling around in the back and finally coming back to the desk with food she was apparently cooking. What normally takes a few minutes took 15 and I was kind of in a hurry with a girl at home waiting.

Just horrible the dark skin lady proceeded to talk on a personal phone call while I waited for her to cash my Customer Check.. Managers just watched her and did nothing. I come here weekly and nothing seems to change. And now they have this new lady and she should be making minimum wage somewhere else. She is so unprofessional I was very upset and all she could say was "I don't care", all the other customers heard her. Please train your staff properly.

Ghetto! I could practically hear her neck rolling. Is it required to tell your customers how long it will take to post to the account, but its good business practice. Don't expect anything but the minimum here .
