The gym is clean, the staff is knowledgeable, and the trainer is highly professional. Though small, it has a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home.

I enjoy the aspects of a small gym, never have to wait on equipment, get to know the regulars and more importantly my one-on-one with Kim has been beneficial. She always greets with a smile, her attitude is infectious and she pushes me with my routine. She corrects form an offers advice along the way.

I've been training with Kim since June 2024 and I love her. She is extremely personable and has such an easy demeanor. She is very knowledgeable about the body and can easily explain how each exercise will impact your body, and she explains how to perform each exercise with so much ease. I highly recommend her!

Just relocated with my husband and we were looking for a gym in the area. Cierra was so nice and thorough. Gym is clean and they have newer equipment. Open 24/7. Staff is very friendly!

The gym is clean, newly remodeled and well equipped. What separates if from the other gyms is the staff. Everyone knows my name. My trainer, Kim, is exceptional. I was ready to stop the training plan and then she came a long. She goes the extra mile for all of her clients. Even when she is not in the gym with clients she is researching and finding ways to put a new twist on a workout, or teach new things.

Not at all excited for this remodel… getting rid of the private room for workouts/ warming up and classes is going to take away one of the only appeals of this location.

I really like this gym . However , everyone doesn’t follow the rules . Wipe down the equipment , have long conversations outside the gym . If you forgot your headphones please don’t play your music w out them . We don’t want to hear it . Also the bathrooms please hire a professional cleaner as they smell awful and aren’t very clean at all . Bleach pinesol and air fresheners would do wonders .

Great gym that is never too crowded and open 24 hours. I recently moved away from area and I seriously miss this place and the people who I ran into there almost everyday! As someone who hates having to wait to use equipment or feel crowded, this was never an issue here. The trainers that are there throughout the week are all really friendly and willing to give you advice if you want it, or just let you do your thing if that is what you prefer. Josephine, Rob, and Gabriel, know their stuff, and each helped me get more fit/strong. Heather, the manager is also awesome and looks out for best of the gym and its members.

After years of on again off again gym memberships, I have FINALLY found my home gym! truly feels like home, like family. Additionally they have the best trainers! Kim is AMAZING! I started seeing results right away, she challenges me every week, while keeping it fun... Kim is very personable and knowledgeable, always cheerful, motivates me and pushes me to my max, way beyond what I ever thought possible, I feel the strongest I've ever felt and it's all because of her! Thank you Kim! :)
