Edwin has provided me quite possibly the best customer service I have ever experienced. After losing my phone and attempting/failing to go through the ridiculous fraud prevention involved in AT&T services, he has been nothing but a gem working exponentially to find me a solution. If everyone had an Edwin on their side the world would be a much better place. Give this man the recognition he deserves AND a raise. Thank you Edwin you are the man among men.

Whoever the employee was that worked sunday September 1st, 2024 in the afternoon approximately 2pm - 3pm or so; She needs to be retrained or fired. At no point did she actually attempt to be of any assistance. I don't like having to do someone else's job for them nor do I enjoy entering a place of business and have to assist someone with using the tools they have to service customers. I walked away and found the help I needed just 3 miles away. I have had to train people like this individual but honestly, that's not the full truth; those same people did not change their tune just be cause they find out I'm a veteran.

They were certainly friendly. And certainly scammers. The “manager” as she claims. Was suppose to cancel one of my lines. And basically leave me with 3 lines. But here I am two months later still argueing with them to take off the extra line !!!! She assured me WHEN I WAS IN THE LOCATION that the line was removed. Well I’m paying 400$ for 4 phones and 3 is only being used. And no we do not owe on any phones. They just find the way to make you pay the most.

Fabian Is an excellent representative, who represents AT&T in the best way possible. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable in the devices themselves, but very sufficient in the use of AT&T systems as well. He is quick and concise, and was able to pinpoint my problem and get it fixed and resolved within minutes of me coming in . Going to any other AT&T location is a mistake!
