So my Father in Law was being scammed by an out of country fake woman. They were trying to get him to wire 5,000 dollars to them. My father in law, unknown to me at the time, attempted multiple times to do so, but the fantastic staff at this Bank were vigilant and immediately suspected the scam and attempted to educate him about it while refusing to do the wire. Although we are still dealing with this situation, I am very grateful for the competence of the staff and their excellent support through it!

Awful customer service. I made a mistake opening an account with BOA.Operating hours are very limited and the staff is not helpful or friendly.

Very poor service and people who are working there doesn’t even know how to help/satisfy customer.I visited the bank for notary service and they straigtaway don’t even care ask my situation simply they say we are appointment only, this never happened to me in bankof america store I always walkin, if that is the case they should have mentioned its appointment only service. If those guys are too lazy to work and take salary crazy people

If I could give EVERY bank of America ZERO stars I would. This bank is absolutely deplorable. Customer service is NONEXISTENT and they have absolutely asinine and truly UnAmerican policies!Don't answer phone callsNo drive up teller serviceMaking appointments without being able to get someone on the phone is hell.They won't accept cash deposits even with proper ID unless you also have an account with them, but will accept checks! Cash is legal tender, if you accept a check then what is yhe issue with accepting cash in the same fashion?! I know the answer has to do with policies which are frankly communist!PUT YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. AVOID THIS BANK AT ALL COSTS. SO MANY BETTER OPTIONS OUT THERE!

i’ve been cashing canadian pension plan checks for two years and never once had to wait in a bank of america for the woman at the front desk to fax and make sure the check won’t for some reason be rejected. currently sitting in the bank wasting my time with groceries rotting in my car until i hopefully get confirmation. was told it was just protocol but it certainly isn’t protocol that has ever been necessary. will not be returning to this bank

The branch manager/the woman who sits in the office to the right as soon as you walk in is a total B word. I have been with Bank of America for 11 years any other branch I go to they are always helpful I’ve been dealing with the situation on my account now going on a month. I’ve come to this branch at least twice regarding this matter and every time she’s always telling me what she cannot do. When I go to the other branches they always help with no problem. If you read the reviews on this branch you will see that this woman gets MULTIPLE complaints. Bank of America corporate why don’t you guys just fire her already?

Great bank if you only want to deal with your accounts electronically. However, I needed to go inside the lobby due to ATM withdrawal limits. On this day, there is no one at the teller station and only one guy in the office with a customer. There are 5 other people in the lobby waiting for assistance. Apparently no one works here anymore other than this one guy. Props to the office guy to giving your customer full attention, but really, no one to service the people at the teller desk is ridiculous.

This branch is fantastic! I love how welcomed they make you feel and how attentive everyone is.I love that I can go in and someone speaks Spanish to help. The manager is very helpful.

There is no need for this branch to be open. They can't help with much at all. It should have just remain closed. Pointless to even have staff if I have to do everything by atm. Really!!

I’ve been to this branch multiple times. The last 3 times I’ve interacted with the manager are just disappointing. She is condescending, arrogant and speaks down to people. If she looked up my accounts she would see that I could clearly give her the advise on the world of financials. Takes a lot for me to stop what I’m doing to write a review. BOA google review department… I suggest you reach out and get to the Bottom of her rude behavior. I decided to close my account today and transfer my money somewhere else. I feel bad for the older gentleman behind me, I almost spoke up. I should have! ,Ma’am, be great full BOA employees you, if you were the face of my company I wouldn’t have money to transfer anywhere!
