Very impressed with the quality of customer service. Adriane is extremely friendly and helpful. And we were impressed with their level of organization for a junk yard. We have gone to other yards that really do not know what they have and it is very hit or miss on what we were looking for!

Where to begin...I stopped in desperate to find a rim for a 2004 toyota sienna, and not only was I greeted with a smile and patience, because I needed time to confirm my decision, but a sense of urgency when getting the part I needed. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BEE USED!!! I will continue doing business with them and send people their way!!! Incredible customer service!!!!

That was a horrible experience. I need an ignition switch for a Honda Accord. They sold me a faulty switch and then charged me a 25% restocking fee due to their error. Please beware they will take your hard earned money for attempting to use their salvage yard. Great job Bee used auto parts.

Best service ever! They had thee body parts I needed that matched the color of my vehicle pulled and ready for me to pick up. They even loaded them into the truck for me! Prices were perfect for the hood and two fenders I bought. Highly recommended I will be using them from now on when I need something for any of my vehicles. 5 stars isn’t even enough for the rating they were absolutely AMAZING!!

Called to ask about a specific part, they found it and even texted pictures of it so I could confirm it was the right one. I wasn’t able to pick up the part the same day, but when i went in the following day, it was still waiting on the desk. Incredibly nice people, very helpful and very prompt. Definitely will be coming here again, there’s a few other parts I know I’ll be needing soon!
