I tried to port in from metro pcs with the new iPhone 13 for 4999 I was told it went through my phone was on sos mode for 3 days Jonna and leondra are idiots at that store do not go there. After 3 days they had to cancel my port in and give me a new number I wanted same number I’m not happy and you won’t be either

After waiting for over an hour for assistance I was told they didn't have the offer I kept receiving emails about. She and her manager said they were a scam and then I went to the Boost Mobile in Brandon and was told the emails I received were accurate and they sold us the phone for the price that was shown in the emails.

Went to this location hoping i can activate 3 lines for my family for $75 per month plan i would have to pay upfront $180 ..to expensive so i went online and purchase the same plan there i only pay $38 to activate 3 lines.called the customer service they said they never heard of the $180 activation fee smh....
