Wasn’t very happy i was quoted one price then was told I’d be charged a hundred dollars more if she couldn’t verify me but then the price went up 40 more dollars but needed the phone so bad just paid the extra money

Y'all need to update the hours. Tried coming in just after 7 to buy two new phones. Sign outside says 7, Google says 8. Will just visit a different location in the AM.

They used to have bad people working there. I went in for help and Erica took GREAT care of me. She took her time and made my experience fantastic. Recommend she gets a raise or I'll hire her myself! She made the difference for me to actually come back to this store.

Horrible boost mobile location, the girl working at the Riverview location is extremely unprofessional and lazy. Has absolutely no idea about any information regarding the new SIM cards, kept saying new shipment of cards coming in next day - would come in next day and had same excuse.. said to go to the other location. She is always laid across the table on her phone, talking loud on personal calls 2 of the times I walked in. Come to find out if you do the online chat someone will mail the new SIM card to you, THATS ALL SHE HAD TO SAY - but was even too lazy to do that.

Armandooooooooo!!! This guy... he is extremely friendly and patient. He deserves the max pay and needs to be a trainer, if he is not already. He was very understanding and concerned about my situation and gave me advice on what to do, and helped guide me when I was deciding what phone to get.I have also dealt with Jasmine in the past, and she is also very helpful and friendly. Great job, from a repeat, happy customer!

The guy named Armando who helped me was very polite and respectful. We had a few hiccups but he stayed calm and collected all while helping not only myself but 2 other people as well..

CHOOSE A DIFFERENT BOOST STORE. The manager (his name started with the letter A) kept using drug references while speaking to another employee in front of my kids. He also kept saying they were stuck in a sh!thole referring to the store in which they worked. I would agree. The manager had absolutely no customer service skills and should not be working as a manager. The music was loud and so absurd I had to take my kids outside and left. I came in to handle an insurance issue

He also kept saying they were stuck in a sh!thole referring to the store in which they worked. I would agree. The manager had absolutely no customer service skills and should not be working as a manager. The music was loud and so absurd I had to take my kids outside and left. I came in to handle an insurance issue and I was so upset with the managers disregard for customer service that I wanted to cancel my service entirely but he explained hes unable to do so because my claim was pending. He then stated "Were all stuck in a sh!thole" I asked to speak to his manager and he said "you're speaking to him, I am the manager" I hope whoever sees this knows I will never step foot in another boost again.
