I would rather roll my window down and let money fly out of it before I give this place a dollar. My dog is deemed "aggressive", which he never was until coming to this place when they take him to the back without his owner and bring him back horrified. A bit pathetic that the vets and techs are poorly trained on "aggressive" pets. I was given the option to come back, yet again and that does not work for my schedule. I understand it was close to closing time but proper care should be given regardless of time. I was also told my pets rabies vaccine was overdue and if he bit someone, he would have to quarantine. Well reality, all of their rabies vaccines are 3 years. But a 1 year and 3 year depends on what you're willing to pay. It is simply just a pay increase. Moral of the story and awful review, if you don't have a young pleasant puppy or kitten, don't bother. That's not their forte.

Pet was taken to another vet who TOOK THE TIME to attend to him being nervous, since Boyette completely ruined all future vet visits and my dog did wonderful, his visit did not require any form of sedation. Since this place claims they know what to do in a difficult situation, let me inform what was done. To start they tried to get a rectal temp on my dog, which did not go well, tried to muzzle him (again, did not go well because he was already horrified from the temp that just had to be done), then brought in three additional employees who practically man handled him and requested he be placed on the exam table, meanwhile he is completely horrified at this time, all while the doctor stood there like that she also had NO IDEA what to do. THEREFORE, THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. For anyone looking to come to this vet (AS A PRIOR EMPLOYEE, who left on THEIR on will) do not come to this place. They do not care about you as a client or your pets, as they claim to. I am so fortunate to have gone through this experience to never waste another minute there. Before coming to this establishment, read all the negative reviews and the "feedback" they provide and the excuses they use when responding. Clearly this place has no consideration either for patient's medical record privacy, as it is being posted all over google.

Dr Luke Viramontes is a great Doctor, he treated my Stormie with so much love, he always spent a good amount of time explaining to me what was going on with Stormie, I don’t understand English very well so several times, I kept asking the same question over and over again and each time he would answer making sure that I understood
He even called the specialist himself to explain what was going on with Stormie
He answered every email that I sent to him, I knew I was overwhelming him, but he still treated me with respect and made me feel like Stormie couldn’t be in better hands
I called last minute several times and he never denied to see Stormie, even if he had to stay late
Stormie is doing better because of him, and I would recommend him 100%

Boyette Animal Hospital staff are amazing!!! They are so compationate, and knowledgable in treating my fur babies. I trust them and have great respect for what the deal with and with whom the deal with on a daily basis. Thank you for taking such good care of my fur baby!!!

I have been using Boyette Animal Hospital as my pets’ veterinarian for almost 2.5 years now. I choose to drive almost 50 minutes each way because of the kind, compassionate and loving care the staff provides. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Courtney and Dr. Audrey, all of the nurses and the front desk staff. My appointments never feel rushed and all my questions and concerns are addressed every appointment. While my soul dog, Longo’s, health was failing earlier this summer everyone on staff I came in contact with went above and beyond every time we were there. I would highly recommend them.

We drive over an hour to have Samson & Delilah cared for at Boyette. We ask specifically for Jo and will schedule around her availability because she has an amazing bedside manner and cares for the furbabies as if they were her own. Jo is a supervisor now and not always available, we sure miss her!!She is one of the reasons we still come to Boyette and that they have always treated us like family. Not everyone has that ability. Sadly today's visit and experience wasn't like all visits prior. When Sue came out to greet and take our pups back not only did she greet them by the wrong name she started to PULL and DRAG our 10lb boy across the floor. I had to ask can we not pull him please?! His harness was separated from his body! My husband immediately jumped up to help.. Sue made a comment about the stroller not fitting in the back, but we take it back there every time we're there. If Sue wasn't sure she could handle both small pups, all she needed to do was ask for help. Sam is always anxious, and this didn't help matters. He's never been pulled across the floor by your techs! Samson and Delilah are always carried back or taken by stroller. I'm concerned about Sue's demeanor. We don't have to drive an hour each way for our veterinary services, we choose to because of how we're treated like family. This visit has us wondering if Boyette is losing their touch and it's time to search for a new care team for our babies. This would make me incredibly sad.

The staff is wonderful and professional. Dr Matt is down to earth, answered all questions, and took his time. He was very professional and personable at the same time. Wonderful bedside manner. I so highly recommend Boyette Animsl Hospital. You can’t go wrong bringing your animals here!! Thank you all at BAH for the outstanding care!

Nothing is more frustrating than dealing with suffering humans or animals and receiving inconsiderate / horrible care from the clinics / hospitals.
We were scheduled for 7am to bring our 12 yr old dog, who is suffering and in pain to have blood work done. It's not a pleasant experience for our dog to travel or have to go through this process, but insult to injury - we were told we have to wait until 8am when the vet will arrive to order the correct blood panels. Why? Why schedule 7am blood draw when you haven't ordered the proper panels?
This was our last visit to this vet clinic. Never again!

I really appreciate Boyette Animal Hospital for their professional and courteous ways of handling their customers. I have now one dog that I would not take anywhere else but to them. He had lost his sister and was very scared of going in. After bringing my dog in to be groomed, he was so relaxed and happy of being there that he did not want to leave since he was so happy and encouraged.

On Wednesday, July 17, we contacted Boyette Animal Hospital. It was before 8am and we were greeted by Amy, the kindest, most professional, knowledgeable person on the phone. Because of that initial interaction, we set an appointment and took Magnolia in. Sierra was our nurse and she too was kind, knowledgeable and answered all our questions and concerns. Dr. Nancy was next and was great. They were all very personable and patient with us (1st time pet owners) and assured us that our pup would be just fine. Today we received a follow up call from Marissa checking to see how Magnolia was doing. They DEFINITELY have a culture of customer service and we for certain will continue to use their services. Well done Boyette Animal Hospital!
