I recently went to BB to get a bolt that had fallen off my bike. The staff were extremely helpful and matched the bolt that I was looking for with several that they GAVE me for FREE!!
I have had my bike service there for several years and the staff have always been courteous, knowledgeable about the products they recommended, installed them properly and explained what they did and how to use them.
If you have a bike that you want to maintain and be serviced properly, this is the place you want to go!!

This is an amazing bike shop. The people are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I was greeted by Jose, who both professionally and presently assisted me with a tire fix as well as worked with me in selecting a new bike for my wife... I highly recommend Brandon Bikewoks and it will now be my only bike shop. ??

I am very satisfied with my experience with Brandon Bikeworks. They were polite and caring for their customers. My new bike was assembled and adjusted for my height and the technicians notice some small damages when shipped from Trek and they contacted Trek for me to get a claim for the minor damages. I highly recommend this bike shop.

I am beyond lucky I found Brandon Bike Works! They made my process much easier than I thought and went above and beyond to help me. Both purchasing a new bike and maintenance are the best there. Rob was next level knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect bike. I also had an issue that needed repair and their expert, Kevin, repaired it super fast and perfected. The manager Nikki also helped out with advice and was super cool. My family will not shop anywhere else from now on for all of our biking needs!
