I brought my vehicle in after a motor vehicle accident and encountered multiple issues throughout the repair process. Initially, there were delays due to paint quality, and when I picked up my car, the back passenger door was not properly finished. I’m still unhappy with it. I also noticed that the heater, seat belt, and side mirror were not functioning correctly. After multiple trips back and forth, they admitted they couldn’t diagnose the electronic issues and recommended I visit the dealership, saying that it could be a warranty item which was complete BS. Anyway, with no options, I took the car to the dealership. The dealership quickly discovered it was simply a blown fuse due to the repair. Fuses do NOT blow on their own, especially on a brand new car.
Overall, the experience was frustrating due to the repeated delays, the lack of attention to detail, and the final need for a simple fix that should have been caught earlier. I hope they improve their quality control and customer service moving forward.
I would not recommend bringing your vehicle to this facility.
UPDATE: I sent 2 emails to the listed email address and no response yet. I’ve also had people point out imperfections in the work that was completed. Would love to hear back from the owners.
Update 2: 3 weeks later. 2 emails. Still no response. Looks like they respond to everyone but don’t make contact. Customer service is a joke at this point.
Update 3: It’s Jan 5, 2026 and still no response. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION IF YOU VALUE YOUR VEHICLE. Management has not made any attempt to contact me.

I recently bought a car and realized 4 days later the front quarter panel was bowed and it didn't align with the rest of the car. I stopped by Caliber on Christmas Eve without an appointment to get an estimate for repair. Brian greeted me and did an inspection with me and had someone else double check his assessment. He was able to do the repair work immediately and within 2 hrs. ,and for $135 less than he quoted, my car was repaired perfectly and all parts now align. They also inspected the area for prior damage and found none.Thanks to Brian,the technician, and the staff at Caliber. They fixed my stupidly for not catching this when I bought the car.

My first time even needing a body shop's service. These folks at Caliber Collision did an excellent job, keeping me informed all the way and having my car ready and waiting. Looking at my new bumper, you'd think it was the original. The paint matching was spot on! They did all the communication between the rental company, insurance company, and me. Easy peasy and greatly appreciated!!

After an unfortunate situation where someone bumped into my BMW, I was extremely fortunate to find this place through the insurance.
The place environment was pleasant and clean but most of all, the team of experts repairing my vehicle was awesome.
Kudos to Alonso at this location, he explained in detail how the job would be done and went above and beyond to deliver an exceptional and well done repair!
Alonso and team know what they do but most of all, they deliver with high expectations.

I do not recommend this business. They show no pride or care in their work. I brought in my 2021 Challenger (24,000 miles, garage kept) for a dent in the door and asked for a brand-new door with an estimate. They never gave me one. Instead, they ordered four used doors—all worse than my original—and never told me until later.
When I got my car back, the paint had swirl marks, overspray on the dashboard and headliner, and chemical spots on the roof and trunk. The door they installed was misaligned, causing loud wind noise. They also lied about my door light, claiming it fell out and broke, which was impossible. They replaced it with a cheap Temu light that looks blurry.
My car was in their shop for nearly four months. During that time, my rental coverage expired and I had to pay over $600 out of pocket. Their “compensation” was two $100 gift cards—not even close to what I spent.
Months later, I’m still dealing with issues. They installed glossy black weatherstripping on my flat destroyer gray car and refuse to correct it. They replaced my battery without authorization, blew fuses, and now my remote start doesn’t work. Their only response was to send me somewhere else.
Overall, Caliber Collision has terrible workmanship, poor communication, and a meaningless warranty. I asked for if they were capable to do this work and i honesty, and got excuses, lies, and damage instead. I’ve tried many times to speak to someone in there corporate office, but that has been impossible.
