Sherwin has always been quick to respond and communicates well with me. He’s helped me out of a couple tight spots and even though one was a stupid assumption on my part. Best part is that he comes to you. He’s who we call first.

Gregory Smith warning do not do business with causeway auto. I purchase worth the LED lights and my car was sabotaged I did not receive the $800 LED lights that I purchased so I was out of $30 they also drove my car through the mud and returned it back to me in that condition I did not do anything for them to treat me this way so I tell you not to do business with this company causeway Auto across the street from lakeside shopping center the people are just nasty and rude

Poor pricing communication. I had white smoke coming from my exhaust pipe when I start my car in the morning. He recommended I drop it off over night so he can see the nature of the smoke and let me know the next steps. He didn’t say or give me the impression he was going to charge for taking a look at it. Anyways, he charged $100 for diagnostics even though he didn’t actually scan my car systems like I am used to expecting in a typical mechanic diagnostic.I don’t have a problem with charging money. Just let new customers know upfront how much it will cost for looking into it so I can assess my options and decide. And if you didn’t talk about pricing earlier, just apologize, explain and keep it moving. But there was no apology for lack communication.I just felt like it was a waste of my time and would have gotten the same or better quality service for the same price at a car dealer mechanic.

Needed all four shocks replaced. I called around and was told it would be a week by other places. Advanced Auto recommended Causeway Auto. I called and spoke with Sherwin. He quoted me a great price and got me in right away. I have him saved in my contact list and will be my go to for all auto repair needs. Recommend to anyone in the area. Thanks Sherwin, see you again.

Causeway Auto Repair Is the only place I will take my vehicles. Always a good job always a fair price. Just put all new headlight fixtures and upgraded bulbs in my ate it bulbs in my front lights my little red truck is little red truck awesome job.

Do yourself a favor when in need of auto repairs, and visit these guys.. Almost at a loss for words with how helpful they are. For three weeks my car would not turn over. Had it towed to riverview tire and auto repair off of 301 (Closer to my home) to diagnose it.. A few hrs later they told me I needed a new battery.. Spent 225 for the battery and installation. Two days later the vehicle would not turnover again. Had it towed back.. Paid 139 for a diagnostic and it took them 3 days to tell me this time that it was my Front fuse box.. They couldn't find any in the area. After a little research I found one on ebay for 100 with the exact part number. Installed and no luck.. At this point I began to question if they wr over looked something. Purchased a starter for 165, and had a mechanic install it for 150.. No luck.. Thought it could be the ignition actuator pin.. Spent 55 and had brother install that.. No luck. At this point I decided to get it to sherwin. Within 3mins tentatively (no exaggeration), He had a strong Idea what the problem was. Within 10 minutes he Confirmed that it was the problem (Ground wire issue). 10mins later he had the vehicle fixed.. If I would've took it to him first I could've saved over 800 dollars.. Appreciative, and Extremely thankful I asked "How much do I owe ya?" he replied"Get out of here, dont worry about it".. Not only are they good people, they know their stuff down there. Great communication, and sis isa sweetheart, Who's very courteous!!

Sherman and his family are the BEST import car mechanics in the area. I highly recommend. Their service is flawless and impeccable. not only that they are some of the genuinely nicest families I have ever met. Sherman even gave me a ride home fixed the car and picked me up. i won't take my car anywhere else anymore. If you want awesome service please check them out. It's hard enough to find a great mechanic that specializes in imports but even better when you find good people as well.
