Tried from noon until 5pm with back to back calls with no luck. They must have their phone volume off and completely ignore it. And since you can’t leave a message, I may never be able to contact this particular branch.

Unpleasant feelings after visiting the branch, 2 times I came to open an account, but I was refused admission, motivating it by the fact that everyone was very busy, but at the same time there were only 2 clients in the bank branch, I made an appointment for today at 10 a.m., all week I received reminders that we would be glad to see you, and in the morning at 9.20 a.m., when I was already on the way - the appointment was canceled

Not surprising that all big banks have become institutions of subpar products, rates, investments, etc and while one would think that they would try to make up by providing better customer service…this branch chooses to be less than helpful. Came in to have a paper stamped and was told that the person who does that was busy. Was later told to make an appointment and that the individual would call me to set up an appointment just to have the same clerk that helped me earlier call me back and say that they don’t provide the service. Interesting how the service they provide changes based on whether it’s a chase product or not. FYI, I am a current chase customer just not for my brokerage account.

Would leave 0 stars if I could. Came in to open a checking account but was too close to closing time, no problem, I scheduled an appointment for Thursday at 11:45. I came in 20 minutes early in hopes they could get me in and out fast. There were 5 employees, one was helping the only customer in the bank. I was told I had to wait for her, the one busy employee. After that 3 different people were helped before me, doing the exact same thing I was, opening a checking account. Almost 10 minutes past my appointment, I've watched maybe 7 people get in and out with no issue. Walking out, will not be back. Don't waste your time here like I did.

Although I don’t have an account with CHASE. This location is very unwelcoming. I went to cash a check from CHASE, I walked in smiling and seen two representatives and the female(I couldn’t read her name tag) in a haste said “they can help you” pointing to two representatives behind the glass clearly working on something together. One of the representatives behind the glass looked up and said “we’re busy I’ll be with you in a minute.” I stepped back to the line entry and waited about four minutes and then the female representative that told me to go to the line ended up assisting me. She clearly had an attitude with her coworkers because they did not assist me. To stop The conversation that she was having with another representative when I walked in to come and assist. To charge $10 for a check from CHASE is wild to me. I asked if the fee could be waived and she rudely said”No. I don’t waive fees for check cashing! I said ok she gave me my funds and walked out $10 shorter than what I came on with. #Professional #Courtesy and to think I was going to try and get an account with the promotion that you guys are having for $300 NOT! It’s not worth it to me. SMH

Got there at 8:57 on a Saturday (they open at 9 and opened the doors early). I was asking to simply be added jointly to an account since that cannot be done online. They said they were all booked up for the day and could not help me. They told me to come on a weekday but guess what, I can’t make it on a weekday. What is this a doctors office????
Give me a break.
