Horrible management, beware!! if you come in with a $100 bill the manager will try to force you to take what they have in the register which for me was change all in ones and coins!
Once i refused and went to pay thru Apple Pay She tried to explain it’s final sale no refunds and force $100 in change onto me… little did she know her employee handed me back my $100 bill before she even came out to help him. so she was looking stupid at that point and told me to have a nice day. Horrible management she wanted to save a trip to the bank and take my $100 bill and give me $1 bills and coins for a $100 bill!!! that’s a horrible GM for you.

Stopped for the 1st time to get a Pepsi polar pop which was out and a scratch off. I approached the counter in which associate #1 put the phone down then rudely stepped in front of me to grab it so I then gave a dirty look at her rudeness as I stpped to the side. Associate #2 behind the counter asked if I was OK. Well her purse was then on the counter blocking the view so I politely slid it out of my way. That associate tells me I could say excuse me!! Mind u it should not have been there in the 1st place!!! People like that have no business being csrs. I won't ever stop there again!! I should have immediately asked for a manager!! What happened to manners?!! I will go out of my way to never stop there again!!

I got a polar pop, I asked for powerball tickets she said it’s going to be a while, someone else “ was playing “ I said I will wait then she went to the lotto machine and printed the ticket not even a step away and Didn’t even asked for my membership number. Someone needs to be retrained on customer service nothing worst than a lazy employee

Same panhandlers here all day 24/7 harassing customers. Managers don’t care and just let the same people stand outside and beg for money. Don’t come here unless you wanna be hassled for money

My husband had the worst experience this morning at 8:00 this morning trying to start his day of work he gose in the store gets charged for a small cup of water then says he don’t want it so the start to get loud with him and say no he has to buy it cuz he already grabbed the cup which makes no since cuz what if the water was dirty or if you get a soda and it’s flat you don’t wanna buy that u gonna throw it away and you shouldn’t have to pay for it I’ve never heard of a corner store company policy of being you buy what you touch …? And my husband bought a vape from here and let them know that I was hurt and not working they said they couldn’t replace it and the red head lady wanted to start hollering from the store ilse and try and argue instead of just letting the cashier take care of the situation I think the lady with red hair should be fired she kept egging the situation on as much as she could and had everyone hallering and there was no reason for it she dose not know how to handle her customers at all I use to work at circle k myself and I would have never let that situation escalated that far this was ridiculous and uncalled for I would love to speak to a manager about this
