This is the most convenient gas station for me, But I’m no longer willing to use it because they’ve removed all the mechanical fill up nozzle mechanisms so you have to stand there at the pumps and watch the very loud and annoying ads that they recently started running.
To the owner, I hope that you are making enough additional revenue from the ads because you are missing out on $300 a month worth of gas from me by your decision.

I wanted to purchase a bag of frozen peas for the ducks in the pond, but the bag wasn't frozen. The employee handed them to me, knowing they weren't frozen. I nicely told him the others were likely the same. He said ok and would take care of it. Silly me thought it was just a fluke, and the freezer must have gone out recently because they were still cold. I bought them anyway, not thinking they would be spoiled. When I opened and poured them into my hand, they were rotten! Not just off color, but stinky, slimmy rotten peas. It was disgusting. I took them back and he immediately knew the problem and gave me back the cost of the peas. He seemed surprised that he needed to refund the tax, as well. That may seem a little trivial, but It's the principle of them making money from taxs charged on returns when people don't notice what they do. They are always nice when I go in, buy I won't buy anything else there.
