Linh is amazing she is always so kind every time I go in. I will always go to Classy nails even if it’s an hour drive because it’s hard to find good quality and that’s something this salon definitely offers.

I posted a review on this place months ago when Linda was working there. She was excellent but then she abruptly left the shop. I later had Lin as nail tech as she is good. However, the customer service at this location is not good at all. The location isn’t either and parking is terrible, but I am a loyal customer to both Linda & Lin. The Latino girl that works there never smiles and is always very negative. Today I walked in to have my eyebrows done for the first time and she was at the front desk. She saw me walk in and she never looked up once, she never greeted me, she just stood there writing in a notebook. I eventually asked if I could have my eyebrows done and inquired about the cost. She simply yelled for Lin. This woman can speak English. She is bilingual. She has always given me and other patrons this very nasty attitude. She did the same to my sister while being asked to give her a pedicure. My sister who had been a patron at this salon stopped going. It’s very odd. It’s almost as if she does it want to service a black woman yet she is a minority. Nevertheless, that will be the very last time I visit this salon. There are SO MANY other nail salons in Tampa who will gladly provide great customer service and accept my money and tips. Blessings to that lady who decided to wake up with ill will in her heart today.

I've been coming here for 2 years but Jenny moved so I got an appointment with Katie. She was Awesome! She went over and beyond finding a color match for my dip nails to match my toe nail polish from home. Thanks again, Katie!🌸 I love my dip nails! She did a great job on my ingrown toe nails and gave me a great leg massage during my pedicure.

Lynn is lovely! Always kind and friendly. I have been a customer for 10 years! A great place with wonderful employees. My natural nails are healthy and strong.

This place sucks. I went there for a medicare pedicure. The pedicure was awesome. The lady did a good job. The massage felt very good, but on the other hand, the Medicare was terrible. I got acrylic short to look natural and she made them look like they’re lifting off of my fingers and then on top of asking her to make a thin, she decided to make them thick & bulk. The manager which is the person who did my nails proceeded to tell me that something was wrong with me because I said I did not like the nails.

Linh always does an amazing job on my nails, my eyebrows and pedicures. I've been coming here for months and I will never go anywhere else. Everyone is always smiling and the atmosphere is always cheerful.

Go here at your own risk! Worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon! Went for a mani/pedi. She did a horrible job, including cutting me. Then they wanted me to wait for the other girl to do my nail dip. I paid way too much for that awful pedi but left that place. Just be ware. They do not deserve any stars !

DO NOT believe when you r told "wait, it will b just a few Minutes. We close at 7:30 "
It was 7:10. I left 40 minutes later.
all I needed was one gel nail repaired and it was a 30 minute wait. They do not close at 7:30 like the sign reads. Never again

Ive been her client for a long time always overpriced . But today was the worst I wanted a pedicure done and her employee was very intense trying to make me have other services, she offer to do a manicure but I refused but she kept on being pushy and that I just want a pedicure. She got my hand and put some oil.and charge me for that. I called the owner and explained to her what happened she was very rude and try to blame on me. I never go back there again. Very unprofessional
