I am a new homeowner in Waterset and these people have been enormously helpful when I needed something and wasn’t sure exactly what I was looking for. They made sure the item matched and told me to bring it back if it didn’t solve the problem. You cannot walk through the store without someone offering to help or send you in the right direction.

Prices are higher than other ace and don’t match. 10$ off promotion does not work on app and when manager asked about it, told us to call corporate and complain.

Was there a few weeks ago. Love the store but someone needs to tell the cashier about people skills. Took a dog collar back as it was too small and had the receipt. Left with her and said I would shop and just replace. After seeing me in store for quite some time she waited until I got back to her to tell me they wouldn’t take back as the tag was no longer on item and missing but she was given a receipt for the item. Have had different accounts with various Ace stores for over 20 years but will go anywhere but here or their other stores. Their loss over such a small item.

RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL, I walked into the store on the phone minding my business, and Joe D. Interrupts me to demand me to get off the phone so he can help, not once did I seek help from this individual who felt obligated to speak to me. Then when I tried to file a complaint with the manager Sonya she gave me the run around as if she had no experience in customer service and did not want to help by any means, tearing a piece of paper and asking for my name and phone number just so she can throw it in the trash when I leave the store. They have forever lost my respect and business and I will be filing a Better Bureau Business complaint on these two individuals.

After an hour driving around to multiple other hardware stores looking for wing nuts to secure my storm shutters before Milton, Ace Hardware of Big Bend came through in the clutch! Everywhere else was sold out (cough Home Depot cough), but they had plenty left when I got there and the staff were all very helpful and kind!
