This gym used to be great. In recent months it’s declined greatly. They fired all the cleaners and it is beyond noticeable. Nothing in the gym is clean. The staff cleans machines but the bathrooms and other common areas are disgusting. I used to love going here but have switched to another gym because it’s not clean. Please do better Crunch.

Brutal. 25 TVs and the audio app on them hasn’t worked in weeks. They have no idea when they’ll get it fixed either. Just idocracy at its best here folks

Just a tip: Don’t sign up for personal trainer, canceling is a nightmare, and they make it to keep draining money from you, had to put a stop payment on them.

Had the chance to speak with Olu & CJ the other day about Crunch. I was interested in joining. And they really help convince me to join. I heard about about the great offers. Definitely will be coming down!!

I’ve had paid 2-hour training sessions here a week for about 1.5 years now, and my trainer Kristen is fantastic! She’s the only reason I’ve stayed this long. However, the group fitness classes have gotten so loud that I’m now looking for another gym.
The noise level has become unbearable — I’ve changed my session times multiple times to avoid the classes, but they still overlap. Today on a session I had to have earlier than normal to maintain my consistency, the class volume was so extreme I could have followed along from the back of the cardio deck with headphones on. It’s completely unnecessary for the mics to be that loud.
I tried to speak with the club manager (wearing a name tag that said “Da Boss” — super professional). He told me they’re getting a remodel that will eventually put the classes behind glass. But while we were talking, the instructor actually turned the volume up even louder! He said he isn’t in charge of group fitness, which makes no sense if he’s supposed to be managing the whole club. I left without finishing my paid session because I couldn’t hear my trainer or concentrate.
My trainer later reached out to the group fitness manager, who said they’ve had a lot of complaints and are planning to move classes around. But why move classes and annoy a new group of people when the obvious fix is to just turn the headset and speaker volume down? If I can hear the instructor across the gym, the people 10–15 feet away in class can definitely hear her.
It’s really disappointing that such a simple and reasonable issue hasn’t been addressed after repeated complaints. Kristen deserves better, and so do the members paying for personal training as well as everyone else simply trying to enjoy their workout.

I visited CRUNCH for the very 1st time over the summer as a guest with a friend. The visit was in Ballantyne/Charlotte, NC where I have resided since 2001. Within a week, I received an email welcoming and thanking me for joining the Riverview gym in Fl. I contacted Crunch in NC to advise of the email and that I did not join and would like for them to remove my info from that account. The person said I needed to speak with whomever created that account. I contacted the FL ofc, spoke with the guy who created the account, explained and requested my info be removed and asked they get the correct email and contact info from that person. The person using my name and info completed a private session with a trainer and then stopped paying. Im receiving emails with my name and contact info saying my card was declined. I emailed customer service and explained the issue and nothing has been done. I called the FL ofc again and asked my name and contact info be removed from that person's account bc if they are in default, I do not want to be liable for their debt. I just received another email saying my card was declined. Again, it's not my card but it's my name and all of my contact info. Crunch sends delinquent accounts to collections. I do NOT want to spend months providing I had no account with Crunch and fighting to keep my credit free of someone else's debt. No one is trying to resolve my issue regardless of how nice or understanding I have been. Not cool...please remove my contact info from your systems and from that person's account please!

Crunch Fitness has been welcoming. Visited Tampa and have been working out there. Has a family feel with the staff such as Daudi and the crew. The gym is very clean.
