I went in yesterday for a TB test and the clinic was very clean and the service was excellent. Nurse Delgado was very nice and and made the whole process very easy. Would definitely recommend this minute clinic.

Pharmacy techs are suppose to be helpful, polite and help resolve issues. The last 3 times have been nothing but issues and the amount of push back I got when asking for help with prescriptions on hold, out of dosages looking up other pharmacy's that have the correct dose age, wait times to speak to anyone. All awful. Called my MD office today to change them from my preferred pharmacy. Do not recommend going to this location- will only be dealing with rude, unhelpful staff.

I like the store #7225 the associate helped me find my products i need with the otch plan I asked him like 5 times and he did not complain once and knew where everything was im think he was a manager or assisted ,the place was very clean and organized ..and im in a wheelchair ♿ and there space in the isles to move around ..

I don't understand why these "techs" in the pharmacy always have an attitude . If you hate your job that much , look for a new one. Today I had the "pleasure" of dealing with Andres who has nothing but a snappy mouth. I stopped in to pick up medication that THEY messaged me to pick up. Before I leave I question why the mg of my medication is my old prescription , he starts rambling off that when he told me what I was picking up that I didn't question what the dosage I was picking up was . Sir why would I question the dosage when you're the pharmacy and should know what needs to be filled . And if there is a question on what I should be taking , a call should be made to the provider ! Staff here needs to be put through additional customer service training . If a customer has a concern , validate it . Especially when it comes to their health . If you don't know the answer get the pharmacist. Don't try to act all superior with your little blue scrubs when you clearly don't know what the effects of someone taking the wrong medication can do to them .

Went to get my Blood Pressure. Medicine this evening and it's not ready bitch at the window said unless I want to pay $27 it'll be ready tomorrow. Instead of her offering me a few until tomorrow nope this bitch says pay or else. I have really had it with this location and they people here since the others like Rachel and Sam just to name a few a no longer at this location I hate coming here but it's right across from my home. They need a complete overhaul and customer service courses and learn how to be efficient instead of holding up the damn line. I recall I was sent to to back of the line numerous times while my RX or insurance or whatever you all were doing was handled so that others could be assisted instead of making everyone sit and wait for 20-30 minutes!!!!

Prescription was sent over by my doctor. I called and verified it was received. Woman that answered said it was and that it would be ready in an hour. Went there a couple of hours later, didn't have medicine in stock and no one claimed to speak to me. They all acted like idiots. They then said, we had to order it and it will be in the next day in afternoon. Waited until 4:30 to go and get script. Now being told that manufacturer no longer makes that dosage and I need to call my healthcare provider. Not ONE time did I receive a call to advise of this issue. They pretty much acted like it wasn't their problem. Also, their information they gave is incorrect. I have always avoided CVS because of their issues and unprofessionalism and they proved my point today.

Bought some conditioner and face wash, didn't get a receipt because I did the self check out. Guess that was a bad idea, because I tried to return them a couple hours later since I bought the same products for half the price on Amazon and I got a gift card for them instead of my money back. I'm extremely annoyed bc now I've spent double the money for no reason because I thought I would have gotten my money back. Awesome.

Went to this CVS, I frequently shop at CVS. Use the self checkout that they really encourage you to use. The scanner wouldn't register the weight of small items placed in bag. Pressed skip bagging first time it worked second time it wouldn't work. The need assistance light came on, I was acknowledged that I needed assistance, but they continue to check others out in line, after five minutes I left. I had a sizable order, but could no help! I will drive out of my way to go to a another CVS.

Don't go for photo order pickup. The store itself is nice and tidy, not very crowded, which is the only reason I'll give it 3 stars. The quality of photos I received were awful. I had nice pictures taken with a high quality camera that look amazing on my computer. Printed out from here it's all pixelated and the color is just bad. I'll have to get them printed somewhere else :/ I've never picked up bad quality photos from cvs before, this is a first in a new store for me.

Their walk-in is by appointment only, no walk-ins. They still had 30mins no one was in there. It's second time I went in a cvs walk-in clinic and the people don't want to do their jobs when there's 30mins before they close. Why do you call it a walk-in clinic?

This is a review specifically regarding COVID vaccinations. This CVS is pretty busy with drive-thru COVID testing and COVID vaccinations as well as their other business but they appear to have everything running seamlessly. I booked my appointment online. It was pretty simple to use but for some reason it couldn't find my insurance information. Nonetheless, I was able to book my appointment. There were a lot of appointments available as well just none in Brandon. The website shows you which cities have availability, so I advise being flexible if no COVID appoints are available in your city or town. Luckily, this location is only 15-20 mins away from Brandon. When I arrived, there is signage everyone instructing you what to do. If you have COVID testing, stay in your car and drive to the pharmacy. If you have a COVID vaccination appointment, go inside the store. You have to check-in on the text message link they send you just prior to your appointment. Then they give you your vaccination card and direct you to a certain portion of the store. I wore short sleeves and had drunk the 16 ounces of water that was mentioned in my appointment confirmation email. I sat down in the chair and probably within 2-3 minutes the shot was over. The lady who did the injection was personable and kind and even tried to chat through the short experience. I know this can be nice for people who don't like needles or getting shots as it's sort of a distraction. Then you move on to the chairs they have lined up down one aisle and you wait for 15 minutes. There was a staff member walking the aisle just to make sure you were doing okay and didn't have a reaction. Then you take you vaccination card and coupon for 20% off a purchase and "I got vaccinated" sticker and leave. It's very simple and easy. I just wish they had appointments closer to my house. I also thought that there was too much signage. Signs stuck in the grass, signs on the front door, signs taped to the columns in front of the store and the light poles. Too much signage can sometimes be confusing.

This CVS was decent and the staff was friendly. They were able to help with a passport photo quickly.

They do not do passport photos as stated on website and and sign outside. Otherwise as expected.

Clean, tidy, and quick service! What's not to like about that. I come here often for my son's prescriptions and there is never a problem! The staff is very friendly and never out of stock!
