Attention CVS Corporate Office Executives and VP’s.Anas at the 10150 CVS inside the Bloomingdale Target in Riverview, Florida is the most accommodating caring, knowledgeable, cooperative pharmacist who I have ever dealt with. I’m not just a patient I feel treated as a VIP as if I owned the store. I have several complications with my health and when I walk up and see the real yes REAL smile I feel a bit more at ease with what my doctors don’t always tell me or even know how the medication will work! Anas is a very big part of my well-being moving into a positive more healthy life. Anas actually improves my lifestyle by what she adds not only personality but knowledge.Thank You!!B.Sternfels

The CVS at in Target River-view is THE WORST CVS Store in New river-view! I got put ON HOLD for OVER 20 MINUTES two times by the Pharmacist Roy and Summer. No one ever answered the phone. Then I tried to call the Manager, again, I was put ON HOLD for OVER 20 MINUTES. No one ever answered the phone. After trying to call the Manager again, a Supervisor finally answered the phone, after 10 minutes. I explained that I was trying to speak with the Pharmacy, he said he understood my frustration, and he asked me to hole for JUST A FEW MINUTES while he personally walked over to the Pharmacy. Needless to say, my call dropped back into the HOLD SYSTEM, AND NOBODY EVER CAME BACK ON THE LINE. THE WORST STORE, THE WORST STORE, THE WORST STORE! Also this pharmacies lic must be check by health regulators.

Here is my experience with CVS pharmacy more specifically their pharmacist Kumar. I came by to fill a prescription and was told to come back in a day or two due to a purported shortage of supply. Upon the second visit Kumar the pharmacy manager told me to come back in two weeks. I was okay… I didn’t really understand the problem at that time so I waited. Upon the third visit I went into the store instead of drive through. The entire experience was odd because the body language of technician and Kumar told me that I was being treated with bias and lied to again that the medication was out of stock.I DEEM KUMAR’S BEHAVIOR UNETHICAL AND UNACCEPTABLE. THIS PERSON WOULD WANT TO BE REEVALUATED FOR THE JOB FIT.
