Excellent customer service, I forgot to get the team members name but I was there to pick up a poster, she had a handwritten note on the outside that said “ have a fantastic senior year”- this was so thoughtful and kind!

I don't know the name of the gentleman that was doing the photos but he was so mean hateful and rude talking on the phone didn't have time for his customers I will never go back here again
