My wife and I had the worst experience ever at this location. Used the mobile app for U-Haul and they were not opening the gate before 9am for reservations at 8:30am although there were staff in the building. The “representative” got there around 9:30 and said there was no reservation after we showed them the confirmation multiple times. They than asked us to wait outside while we called u-haul so we can find out what was going on because we it card was already charged. They than wouldn’t let us back in and they were looking at us through the window.They said that we have to call U-Haul to change the details, the whole time the customer service rep was on the phone telling us that it’s in the system but they refused to check again. On top of being ignored for 30 mins , there was At least 25-35 cats in the location with urine all over again he place. I’ve never seen something like this before in my life. After another 30 mins of trying to get them to change my reservation they told us to leave or they were calling the police. Horrible service. Bad treatment of guest and a threat to the U-Haul brand.

Unfriendly, unhelpful and refused to take our Uhaul after letting us drive around the block for twenty minutes in a 26 ft truck pulling a car transport. To top it off there are cats all over the place inside the store. The place smells like dirty litter boxes. So nasty. Can't imagine what this guys house smells like. Went down the street to a different location and they met us outside, helped get our car off the transport and checked us in. Avoid this place. Guy needs to close down and open up a cat rescue instead.

Horrible, filthy establishment! Please seek services else-where. We returned a uhaul here ( fuelled.) A couple of days later we recieved an email stating that the truck was never returned. We went to the location the next day for clarification and "Laura" stated that the truck had been returned and that they had rented the truck out 2 or 3 times since we returned it. The next day we received an emailed receipt with multiple fees. We called Darrels Garage and were told that the truck was never returned. The owner Darrel, is highly unprofessional. They have no idea how to run a business. Please beware of this poorly ran establishment.

Took my truck to them for a $200 repair job and it cost me $3000 to get it back.
