Worst experience. I always buy in bulk for charity. As I grabbed a cart, I noticed the cashier was on her phone. After shopping 143 items, I make my way to check out, and there is an extremely long line. Up comes a younger slender lady. She takes about 2 people and turns her light off, and asks me to go to the lady still on her phone. I told her I would wait for her line, and her comment is "wow I feel special. Go to her (phone lady) she is almost done." I expressed I was going to stay in her line if she was still open. I organized all items to be efficient. As I am moving along, she says "dog and I just wanted to go slow." I look back to realize she had headphones in her ears, expressing her distress to whomever. I will not be going back.

Staff is ignorant and rude!!! TRIED TO BULLY ME PERSAY TO PUT BACK THE ITEAMS I CHANGED MY MIND ON DUE TO FUNDS AND NO LONGER WANTED WHEN I PAID N WENT TO LEAVE SUPERVISOR STANDING AT DOOR SAY OH OK SO YOU AINT FUNNA PUT THE STUFF BACK TRYING TO INTIMIDATE ME OR SOMETHING. CRAZIEST THING EVER TO HAPPEN IN A STORE I SPEND MY HARD ERNED MONEY IN THEY WANT TO INTIMIDATE ME TO DO THEIR JOB NOW TOO??? IM CURIOUS IF THIS IS DOLLAR TREES NEW Practice or if it's just exclusively at this location

Just terrible all the way around. Every thing that could go wrong with the dollar tree has gone wrong with this one. The Mesa disorganization gave me a Zaidi. Besides, the fact that the worker there attempted to touch my three month old baby without even asking. I had to make physical contact with her to stop her and let her know that she was crossing a line that had made everything very awkward. After that it was just like she was following me. I don’t know why but it was extremely uncomfortable and awkward .. she was So strange, I will never return.

I purchased some glassware and the cashier(Beatrice) told me, "I'm not wrapping them, you can stand over there and wrap them yourself." So rude and disrespectful. Come on Dollar Tree, if they don't want to work, hire someone else to do it!! NEVER experience this at ANY store.

I love this location! The staff is always friendly. If they don't have what I need, they suggest a location/store near by. Best of all the judge by race or status everybody treated equal.. Thank You

I just left the store about an hour ago. I was in line behind a couple checking out I had a buggy I was picking up a few odds and ends for my daughters birthday tomorrow I was on the phone with my friend and actually finally called her back after ignoring her all week because I work 70 hours my conversation gets interrupted with a very loud excuse me ma'am so I look up an Miss Bea the cashier Says to me in an extremely rude way put your stuff up on the belt. So I look up and the two people in front of me are still cashing out so I'm confused why she's acting like I'm late to the party? When I finally figure out she's simply pissed because I'm on the phone and is chomping at the bit to treat me with the utmost disrespectful customer service because of it , so much so that she jumps too soon since she was literally still cashing out the customers before me ! I tell her don't speak to me that way. She absolutely went crazy screaming and hollering That she cantalk to me any damn well way she pleases ! The couple checking out in front of me look absolutely shocked every time I try to say something she would say f@!$ you! She was carrying on so loudly that the assistant from the back came up trying to get her to calm down sending her outside for a cigarette now she's behind me shooting her mouth off backing it up all the way to the door telling me how she would talk to me damn we well she pleases letting the F bomb fly now she's outside on the phone telling whoever About this "bitch ass"customer in the store. The assistant informed me that the manager is on the phone and can hear the whole thing. The assistant was great very nice she said she apologizes and that she came up as soon as she heard the commotion. After I checked out I go to leave and more words are exchanged this time with her just screaming the F bomb in my face and telling me to lose weight (which I found quite comical considering this woman didn't have but two teeth in her mouth but thought she had room to talk about my appearance) . Anyway I'll be calling the store tomorrow to talk to the general manager and find out his his name and his information because this woman that just got done completely acting a fool with a dollar store paying customer in earshot of the store manager who was on the phone with her assistant the whole time is literally still there checking people out! I guess We will see how much Dollartree really cares about their customers when I call tomorrow to speak with the general manager all he has to do is watch the tape I don't even have to say anything this woman dug her own hole all by herself. I'll post what this company owes to rectify this situation. I hope it is going to go better than I think.

Fantastic store. You probably need to have a stool on hand for cashiers that have had certain types of surgery....put yourself in their shoes.

Obviously good prices but the stock that needs to be on the shelves are every where to the point you can't get out of some of the aisles. Employees are super helpful and kind. If they can get the store not a little on the dangerous side to maneuver, would give 5 stars

I buy 40 to 50 items when I go there usually. Can no longer take carts out of store to car. Asked for a box and wouldn’t give me one to get heavy things to the car. The past several visits the staff was rude and short like an angry person. Maybe racist. Isles trashed up and boxes stuffed in all the isles. Could hardly get cart down isles. I certainly am not going back there.
