Today while shopping at the store I interacted with a Dollar Tree associate by the name of Brett, her customer service was lacking in professionalism and etiquette.The store was in disarray. Shoppers unable to properly shop as items are not stocked, boxes and trash scattered throughout. One cashier for the long line. This is a direct reflection of poor management and low quality services for clients. Major stores like Dollar Tree can provide adequate shop-ability and should strive to do do so regardless of their target market and price point.

There never seems to be enough help for the few people who work but overall this store keeps in stock unlike some nearby. Good for cheap needs and wants.

I use to love going there.. it's not dollar tree anymore..they moved all there stuff up and keep moving it up the only thing that is a dollar anymore I'd a birthday card that's it..

Haley is a wonderful person and dollar tree should be grateful to have her! She is always friendly and knows where everything is located! To bad they have to work in a store with no A/C.... Everytime I go in there is is miserably hot... Dollar Tree should really fix that problem and not treat their employees like that.

This store is very nice. Has a lot of nice items and very organized. Would’ve rated it a 5 but the cashier (name tag said Laurie) was VERY RUDE!!! Never spoke or acknowledged me and threw my items around as she was scanning them. I know workers are slim but she gives the store a bad reputation!
