Tom Maiolo was very friendly, proactive, knowledgeable, knowledgeable of available vehicles, polite, offered additional options which turned out was a good value purchasing them.

Rented a car for a couple days, then had to extend for another week for business. Caroline helped me out and the service was fantastic! I would highly recommend her and Enterprise for any rental needs.

Following a recent collision, I had to rent a car from this Enterprise location. I was so impressed with the staff—they were professional, responsive, and went above and beyond to help everyone, even though the office was packed. It was clear they were working with limited staff, but they handled the heavy customer traffic exceptionally well. My only caveat for a perfect score was the lingering smell of smoke in the car, likely from a previous renter. Despite this, the team's effort and service were outstanding.

Rented a car from Enterprise and had a fantastic experience. The staff was friendly and efficient, the vehicle was clean and well-maintained, and pick-up/drop-off was seamless. Great service from start to finish highly recommend!

I would not suggest here at all my experience is this i made a reservation online couple days before i needed it and 1 hour before i pick it up they called and say that there is no car for me so i called customer service and i was told they would send this to the manager to see about getting me a car and guest what nobody called me back at all so if you do go with them beware!!!! If i could give no stars i would have.

I had a great experience renting a car with Enterprise. From the beginning, the team was completely transparent about the availability of SUVs, which I really appreciated. They went above and beyond to accommodate my request and made sure I got what I needed. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient throughout the entire process. I’ll definitely be using Enterprise again for future rentals. Highly recommend!

I reserved a mini van rental 1 month in advance of my trip. On the day of pick up I arrived and was told they had no vans due to a recall/safety issue. The staff informed me they had no other vehicles the same size and could only provide a smaller car. This was not what I paid and reserved. When I expressed how inconvenient this was and how unprofessional it was to not contact me as the customer to allow me time to find another rental during a holiday and since they had been aware of the issue since Wednesday, and my arrival wasn’t until Saturday and out of courtesy, someone should have contacted us to inform us of the issue.The associate “helping” which is using that word loosely basically looked at me and said well I can just cancel your reservation if you’re gonna get upset. I explained to him I was upset because of the situation and they were not trying to rectify it by trying to find me another car. He just kept informing that their location closes at two and he didn’t know what he could do to help with the issue. He was not accommodating. He was not apologetic. He was only concerned about leaving at 2:00 and nothing else. After several attempts of trying to find another vehicle with another car rental place, I was actually able to find a rental car company with several minivans of the same make, and model that I had tried to rent from the enterprise location. I was informed that there was no recall or safety issues being made and the other rental cars agencies had not been advised of such issues. I would stay away from this location as their customer service skills are in the toilet and they do not care about their customers or their satisfaction or helping them in anyway. If I could give them ZERO STARS I would!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10 Stars if I Could! Caroline is AMAZING!
I had a field trip planned for my preschool class of six children, and on the morning of the trip, everything seemed to go wrong, my car battery was dead, and our scheduled van service was suddenly canceled. I was in a panic trying to find a replacement transportation option and hit a wall with other rental companies because you can never get through to the actual location.
I decided to take a chance and call the Enterprise near my house, even though I thought it only handled commercial rentals. To my surprise, Caroline answered the phone and from that moment, everything changed.
She was calm, reassuring, and resourceful. She let me know that she could get me into an SUV with third-row seating (plenty of room for the kids!) depending on my payment method, and she immediately gave me the rate so I knew what to expect. I caught a ride to the location, and Caroline had me in and out in under 20 minutes. That level of speed and efficiency on a chaotic morning was a lifesaver.
I dropped the SUV off that night and used the after-hours key drop. The next morning, Caroline went above and beyond again; she personally followed up to confirm that the vehicle was checked in properly, that I'd get my receipt by email, and even asked how the trip went and if there were any issues. I have NEVER had a rental car company follow up like that. It was so thoughtful, and really made me feel like a valued customer.
While I waited at the location, I even observed Caroline multitasking effortlessly, assisting coworkers, keeping customers informed on wait times, and professionally explaining why certain vehicles (like the Pacifica) couldn’t be rented due to tech issues. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring.
Caroline is a true asset to Enterprise and should absolutely be recognized for her customer service, professionalism, and heart. Enterprise, you’ve got a gem at this location, and I’m so thankful I called.

Took twenty min for someone to finally speak with me, it’s been 45 minutes and still waiting to even see a car. I’m likely going to be late to my work. Highly disorganized, slow, and even with pre checking in, inefficient. Will not rent here again.

My experience with enterprise has been great. Since my initial car loss (due to accident and weather incidents) enterprise has had my back every step of the way thru. Thru it all I would choose enterprise again and again . Great service. Friendly staff and for what seems like the busiest enterprise around they get it done every step of the way . Enterprise has the best and newest selections
