This group of professionals were amazing. I was told by my insurance agent that my rental was processed and I could pick up the car when I was ready. When I arrived at Enterprise, my agent had not submitted my claim information for the rental. The manager contacted the claims department and was given the information for the rental. This was above and beyond and I truly appreciate everything they accomplished to ensure I had transportation while my car was in repair. This location is for sure a 5-star for me.

I will never rent from enterprise or this location again. I get a call one hour before I’m supposed to pick up my car and I’m told they have no seven passenger vehicles. I guess my reservation didn’t mean anything to them. They offered to put me on a waiting list (for a car I had “reserved” ) or asked me to call around and see if any other enterprise location had a seven passenger car. The 800 number wasn’t any help either. Had to go to a competitor at the airport to rent a minivan.

Needed a rental car while my car was being fixed and the staff is friendly, explain everything well to the customer as well as communicated with auto insurance on your behalf. The late night key drop off service is convienent. Seems like a busy location so Vehicle availability is lacking at times -but overall a good experience.

They’re always very helpful! Manny is very kind and always gets me in and out. I recently encounter Marie and she was a joy! I take work trips and they do well to get me into a good car and always offer good customer service.

The entire Riverview Enterprise Team are terrific, especially the manager. Since this manager the are fewer lines, more car choices and always great service and prices. THANK YOU Enterprise for making this branch successful via personnel and vehicles. Highly recommend to other businesses....large and small.

Great experience, Marie was fantastic. Only waited a few minutes, checked me into the vehicle I reserved and I was on my way. Return was even faster, a quick walk around, payment receipt and done. Definitely recommend

Wife and I booked a pick up truck a week ago. I dropped her off to pick it up and she was told they had no pick up trucks & that the associate wasn’t sure why not only we were able to book it, someone called and confirmed the date + vehicle type ,and why no one called the day of to let us know that it wasn’t available. He then told her that they did have one, but it was for somebody who booked ahead. Which we did. There were three opportunities for us to not have wasted this much of a busy day the weekend before a holiday. Nothing was offered to rectify, no alternate vehicle or compensation just a dumbfounded I can’t help you sorry you got dropped off. I can’t believe the average is 4 stars

My time at Enterprise Rent-A-Car was a wonderful experience from Manny at the counter and Marie escorting me to my rental followed up with Thomas the manager who gave me the express check-out upon return. Great customer service throughout this facility.

Worst rental car experience yet! I have used this particular enterprise several times in the last year. This is the first time it's been this negative. I ended up paying so much more than I've paid in the past and this car was not up to par whatsoever! I was told I can get a deal on gas with them for 3.25 but then there was a glitch in their system that didn't allow for me to have it apparently. I was also told I could get an SUV for $20 more and would be shown both cars which I never was. What made the whole experience the worst was the fact that I paid $60 extra to insure this substandard car which I've never had to do but you'd be surprised what you won't argue with in the hundred degree Florida heat while doing business outside with your 5-year-old. The car had so many malfunctions. I was driving 4 hours away and could not use any navigation or apps or keep my phone linked. The defrost also didn't work. It was a miserable ride without steady music and no visible directions. I had to frequently pick up my phone while driving to see where I was going, which is far from ideal and unsafe. This was not operator error, the system would bounce back and forth from projection to Bluetooth and then cut totally off and continue to do that over and over for hours.I really hate to leave a review like this, especially being I have to rent a car again in the next couple months and I'm not sure there's another option near me. But I have to be honest about this particular experience that my daughter and I had with this car and it shouldn't have cost half of what I paid.Update* returned car and got $50 taken off. This was not enough, it doesn't even cover the insurance much less the malfunctions, over priced gas or tolls. That doesn't change my review as I was charged over $4 a gallon for gas after not being told I needed to put any more gas in before returning it (it wasn't full when I picked it up) and being charged extra fees for tolls which I also wasn't told or given another option for. This costed way too much!

I never really have issues here and the cars provided to me were always in great condition. I would say Manny is my favorite person to work with there ! He’s the manager and you can tell he cares for his customers. You can also see that he tries to instill good customer service to his employees as well.
