Was keeping my clothes and furniture at this location and I’m currently eating at a restaurant while i cry because my items in my unit have to be discarded because it’s infested with palmetto bugs. There’s no way I can bring them into my new home. There’s also a wasp nest growing in my unit. The customer service was great but the entire location need to be exterminated. Very disappointed, will be reaching out to corporate and my lawyers.

I have had a great experience with this facility. Clark was very kind when I needed assistance and answered all my questions and address all my concerns. It’s been a pleasure working with the team at this location. I got a great deal when I started. Search online for promotions when you are first getting a unit. I got a great deal.
