Mike at ExtraSpace storage on Bloomingdale is always there to help me with my payments and to give me reminders for upcoming payments. I'm out of town a lot so whenever I need help with something he has always been able to do it -like when I needed a new lock but I couldn't make it during business hours. I've been at this facility for about two years and I haven't had any problems or issues, it's a good place to rent and a really really good staff.

This was my first experience with Extra Space Storage, and I had the pleasure of being assisted by the store manager, Mike. His professionalism and genuine care for my storage needs were immediately apparent. Mike ensured I got exactly the space I needed without trying to upsell, which really won my trust.
