I’ve rented with Extra Space Storage in Riverview for about 2 years. I needed a place to put my CPR equipment and free up space at home. It was a great experience. The people at the front desk actually care. I recall when I first got the unit Michael called one day to let me know it was not fully locked when they did their daily rounds. I just moved out of the space due to relocating and Mr. Steven was very helpful. I called a few days beforehand and he helped guide me through the move out process. He also made move out day smooth! Thank you so much, Mr. Steven!

Service is outstanding! I’ve had a lot of storage places for my businesses and they all end up being awful with terrible customer service. Any time I ever need anything, Stephen Gifford in the front office goes over and beyond. He just will walk around asking if you need help. Facility is always clean and secure and I never worry about the safety of my belongings. Highly recommend and if you come in, ask for Stephen.

Had to upgrade to a bigger unit and were taken very good care of! Made everything less stressful and very informative!
*UPDATE* 4 years later and we are finally able to move out of the unit! Stephen made the exit process easy and was super helpful leaving the doors open for the movers to get everything out. Through hurricanes and constant visits, this Extra Space was very informative and kind to us every step of the way. They keep the people they service in mind before, during, and after. Thank you so much for your hard work!
