Very nice hotel! Clean and the staff are great! Especially Rob who helped us recover a lost item after we checked out of the hotel. Very grateful for his help!! The breakfast is nice too with several allergy friendly options!There’s several restaurants and shops all around the hotel. Great location!

I stay here about 4 times a year when visiting my parents. The location is great. The rooms are still clean I would give them 90% out of 100%. The staff is awesome!Rooms: Clean roomsWalkability: Stores, basic dining and basic shopping.Food & drinks: Lots of food nearby.

So I have to say this hotel in my opinion is pretty much top notch. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bedding are those feathers/goose down comforters that are nice and soft, but not too hot and comfortable, they put three or four pillows on the bed that are nice and squishy, and it makes for an amazing night sleep. The room size is more than adequate. Some of the amenities we did not even utilize because we checked in so late and left so early but I have never seen a continental breakfast like this one. I have attached pictures as the continental breakfast was for countertops big with not much space for more items. This continental breakfast was better than what I would pay for in a restaurant. Definitely the highlight of my stay… I love food. But service was great from the desk people. They have fresh baked cookies at the front desk for you to have. There is an amazing goodwill, right next-door, and a tractor supply. So it’s not in the boondocks. I just don’t have anything negative to say. Oh, I almost forgot in the pictures below. Make sure you take notice of all of the toppings that are offered for the homemade waffles.

Down side is they are still operating in COVID protocol for room cleaning so you have to request for cleaning it not automatic when you leave for the day.

Overall a decent stay. The main thing that tainted my stay was the overly political breakfast selection. I don't need virture signaling for breakfast. There are plenty of other food options and plenty of other hotels.

It was the best view ever at the ocean and we went to the beach and it was amazing the service was mid but more than that it was awesome my family loved itNearby activities: There was volleyball and soccer that me and all my brothers were playing with and it was the best time ever there was also ping pong.Food & drinks: The food and drinks service was good and we ate pizza and it was delicious I recommend the pizza it was pretty good from there on out.

Not pet friendly even when people have to evaluate the coast line. No ethics. I will never stay anywhere associated with Marriott. You should be ashamed.

The hotel was clean, quiet and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I called down for 2 extra pillows and they were delivered in less than 5 minutes. The breakfast has a nice selection and seating is very nicely arranged. A/C in the room was ice cold, none of the "usual" problems. The bed was very comfortable also. The location is jot bad. Lots of dining choices nearby. All in all, this hurricane evacuation was quite pleasant considering the circumstances. I will deffinately book there from now on.Rooms: The room was clean and quiet. King bed very comfortable.

I am here while mold removal and reconstruction are going on in my home nearby. My Review covers nearly a two month stay.Great hotel for concerts, sports events and other venues in the the Tampa - St. Pete area. Centrally located near I75. Winn Dixie is less than a quarter mile away on the same side of the street as are many local eateries. No street crossing needed.I am being housed here for several months due to remodeling inside my home.I have stayed in many hotels in my life. The staff here is the friendliest I have ever met. They are friendly and always have a smile.Bring your appetite. The breakfast is generous, the breakfast area is as large as many restaurants. The meal is very generous and has variety.The housekeeping staff is superb. The rooms are large, well equipped with a small fridge, coffee maker and microwave. Storage space is ample. You never feel crowded.This is simply a great hotel and the features are well above the price point.Rooms: The rooms are spacious and well maintained.Safety: Fairfield Riverview is in D4 of the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office. They are very visible. D4 and Riverview is noted for a very low crime rate. The hotel has lock measures that add additional safety.Walkability: Great stores and eateries within a quarter mile without crossing the street.Food & drinks: Everything is stated in my review.

Great location! The staff was welcoming and friendly. The hotel is well kept in all areas. The rooms have a minimalistic and modern design and feature a full length mirror, closet, desk, tv, fridge and coffee maker. The bathroom area, linens and towels were pristine. I was impressed with the spacious dining area and selection for the continental breakfast. There is a convenient parking lot with plenty of areas to park. Overall great experience from start to finish!Rooms: Well-kept clean and spacious rooms.Walkability: You can walk to several restaurants across the parking lot and/or across the street. You can also walk to the Goodwill store across the parking lot.Food & drinks: Great continental breakfast! Clean dining area.

Our stay (7 days) was fantastic! The employees were very pleasant and helpful. The place is very clean and breakfast was excellent! We had 2 queen beds and both of us said we need to get new mattresses when we got home. I slept like baby. I will definitely stay here again.
