here I go again with this place. I have a neurologist and this phone lip service person is not it. I get so sick and tired of going around and around with this place. when the regular people are not there this place get worse. it is like dealing with the medication police. Then you ask for a manager and they play crazy. This time it was Diane and Amanda. Why should I sit in freaking pain because you want to be in control. To put it clearly. FIX YOUR S***. It is obvious that it is not just a few of us, there are more of us complaining than give compliments. This will my last refill since Tricare and Humana can be filled at Publix, Target, CVS. But shame on you for forcing out your customers instead of cleaning out this place. I can't wait to let those that really work there that you all are saying that no one works there by that name. Mind you, I been a customer here since 2010.I wish I could do a negative star.

Skip this place and keep driving to the location at Bloomingdale and Providence.The GM here needs to do better job of training and pay attention to how the employees are behaving day to day.My first visit was for photo printing. The printers are all out of whack so I had to go to the other location to get prints that were any good.This most recent visit was to drop packages for FedEx. The employee was dismissive and rude to me, waving me off from talking to her because I guess she was talking on her in-store walkie-talkie. The thing is, there's no way for me to know that's what she was doing. It's not like she's holding a phone to her head and I'm certainly not her child.When I explained to her my frustration, she said, "bite me" and walked away.I will never come back to this location ever again.

Didn't know that this drop off service was even available in a Walgreens. Fast and easy. Kaitlyn made the process simple. She was very busy doing multiple jobs in this store but she greeted me with a pleasant attitude and a smile. Something that's sometimes missing these days. Great job!

Now I've you've read my Big Bend Walgreens review you will see that I have not been a big fan of Walgreens recently. Well I just visited the Walgreens on Gibsonton and picked up a prescription and while they were busy and lots was going on Tom stepped up and handed it like a champ. He was calm and was dealing with a hundred things while helping me. I was super impressed. Good on you Tom!!!! You've restored my faith in Walgreens.

The customer service here is horrible. I ordered a photo book and made a mistake, I called and they said for me to resubmit and they would cancel the earlier order. After getting to the store, and patiently waiting in a line for 35 minutes (2 managers on staff and no one was helping). once I got assisted the manager (Jorge) comes over and informs me he cancelled both orders. I reiterated they were only supposed to cancel 1 and the cashier agreed and remembered my phone call. He says oh...I canceled both. I asked if I re submit if they can have it done today and because I need it and he said I can't guarantee it. Then while assisting me he proceeded to dismiss my customer service and began helping someone else. I reminded him this was a store error and asked again if they could have it ready later(I was willing to come back even though it was their mistake. With his back turned and not acknowledging me..he said i canny guarantee it but you can try. if you go somewhere else for your photo service...please do so. this place is horrible and Jorge needs a customer service class.
