You all had delivered some furniture for my neighbors that were not at home the day of delivery. I Just wanted to take the time to let you know that Dray and Jordan where the delivery guys. They did an outstanding job, very professional, informative, really went above and beyond. Job well done. I will be sure to share this experience with my neighbors once they return. Great work guys and thank you very much!

We ordered a mattress set almost 2 weeks ago and this delivery company had the items within a couple of days. The earliest they could deliver our order was today. They called me today and said they would not be able to deliver today. We had our schedule opened to be able to receive our order today. I requested for them to either deliver the next day or by Saturday morning because we promised to help someone Saturday afternoon. The lady who schedules sent an email stating it would be 4pm on Saturday making no attempt to accommodate our schedule even though they are the ones who canceled our already scheduled delivery. We now have to cancel our plans to accommodate them!

You have an employee/supervisor named Brian that does not know how to speak to his employees. He speaks to them in a very condescending, disrespectful, and derogatory manner. Pay attention to the number of people who have quite in the past few weeks. To get on an employee when they’re trying to help a customer and making remarks about the employee being an “idiot” is unacceptable. I’m sure no one will speak out against him because of his intimidation tactics, but I feel it needs to be brought to your attention. I feel the way he acts is a form of bullying in the workplace. It is really disheartening that the individual that this happened to quit. He was a hard worker and had perfect attendance up until this point. It is also appalling that intimidation is used when an individual has a legitimate doctor’s appointment and needs to have a day off. I’m asking that this be addressed so that future employees do not have to work in a hostile environment. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
