Employees and manager are the most racist people I’ve ever met. Just because you have a Spanish name and last name doesn’t give you the right to tell them “you have 3 names and that’s why the machine is not reading your card” What an embarrassment for fifth third bank. Terrible experience.

No wonder this bank is going under. They charge 2% to cash their own checks. Then if you are stupid enough to cash it there, you have to set up a profile in their system with all of your personal information so it can be hacked and shared around the world. I’ll be glad when they close down. They are a waste of space.

If you are thinking about moving your business to this bank, save yourself the headache and frustration. Join a credit union or another bank instead. Trust me!

Bank teller did not confirm the name on the account before withdrawing $1300 from the wrong account under a different name. Caused me to pay my rent late

Went thru the drive thru got get a 100 bucks. The money dispensor got stuck then the door closed. I got no money and no receipt. Went inside, had to call a number to another country. They put the transaction on hold but it processed that night. Call dispute number - again spoke to somebody in another country. Requested the video footage and was told they don't normally do that. Guess I"m out 100. I will be filing with the BBB and the Consumer Protection Agency.

I don't even want to give 1 star. The branch was empty. I explained that I had a situation with my card, neither of the 2 employees there bothered to help me resolve the issue.

I love Theresa! She is always so pleasant when I walk in the door, reocgnizes me every time, and knows just how to help me manage my finances! Would give 6 stars for her alone!!

Walked into door wearing leather gloves and a bandanna as I just got off a motorcycle. We were not greeted just heard a loud voice from a gentleman standing at bank tellers counter.. saying are you doing a deposit or withdrawal. I didn’t realize he was even speaking to us as he looked like a customer. Thought it was very rude and very unwelcoming. Glad I don’t bank here! The only reason I even gave them a three star is the lady bank teller was able to help my fiancé and answered his questions. This place sure could use some help with customer service experience especially whoever the gentleman was when we walked in!

The friendliest people I’ve ever encountered at a bank! Everyone is so helpful and they make sure you’re 100% taken care of. I’m so happy I switched to Fifth Third! I will drive whatever distance to come to this location every time :)
