I have been using Firestone Auto Care for decades. I found the Bloomingdale location is easier to schedule an appointment than my local Big Bend location. When I take my car to the dealership and I am always given a list of things that need repair. Unless I know there is an issue ahead of time, I get a second opinion from Firestone. The $10 inspection is well worth it to confirm or deny what the dealership claimed as a necessity. I find that the Bloomindale location is honest and don't have the up sell tactics like the dealership. I appreciate Firestone for this honesty. And I trust this Firestone location.

Came in with a flat tire at 6:30PM. Manager was not willing to help since they were closing. You guys should find a new manager. Service like this you shouldn’t be in business

Found that they were charging consistently a markup of 100% on car parts. Keep in mind, this is for car parts that are valued well over $1000. I dont see how thats a fair business practice. Strongly do not recommend using this Firestone for car repair

We had our car evaluated at a Hyundai dealership and then I requested Firestone also evaluate it. They found it only needed front brakes, not rear ones and discovered a tension belt issue the dealership had nor found. Excellent communication, pricing and service!!!

Every time we come here the customer service is excellent and the prices are fair compared to the expenses of cars these days. It is always busy, which means they are a staple in the community, but they stay very positive and help in anyway possible. We had our tires replaced, an alignment, and an oil change.

Javon Foster is a stellar Service Manager and made the experience easier and less frustrating. He was already busy and took a moment to evaluate my issue without rushing me. He even gave me advice over the phone prior to coming into the store. As a team they were professional, did not charge me for services I received in the first 6 months, they reminded me of warranties that I have, they saved me money, and they advised me on how I can be preventative in the future as well. This is the best Firestone I have ever been to. They are also extremely friendly to dogs.

So had a tire off a wheelbarrow I could not get to seat on the rim. Took it in, and 30 secs later they had it done for me. No charge. Have had these guys do my tires on my cars over the years. Solid service. Highly recommend.
