I got my hair literally chopped the last two times I was as there. I called to see if someone else could fix my hair. They told me the would no longer serve me. I’m fine with that. Great Clips at 10659 Big Bend Road are rude and nasty. The lady cutting my hair got an attitude when I mentioned I didn’t like my hair that’s when she started chopping. Please save yourself time and money because you will have to go somewhere else to get your hair even it out. My hair looks like a 3rd grader cut it.

I am absolutely devastated. I tried to be patient the entire time I was in the chair, but Emily did not listen to my request for leaving the length in my hair and simply trimming and blending. It is the choppiest haircut I’ve ever gotten and my elderly mother with cataracts yesterday even mentioned that she “butchered my hair.” My half blind mother would’ve done a better job. I have cried every day since I left the salon, I worked for years to get the length in my hair and now it is gone and doesn’t even look like a proper cut. It’s like she had her eyes closed, no blending whatsoever and all different lengths! I asked her for do a simple trim with taking as little length off as possible, even taking the time to explain to her that I have a lot of anxiety around getting haircuts because stylists have not listened to my concerns about removing too much length before. She proceeded to tell me stories about other people in her life that have anxiety, but let her cut her hair and they are happy when they are done. I am in no way, shape, or form happy. This is the second worst haircut I have ever gotten and quite frankly I am livid about it. My length is gone, it is incredibly choppy, and it looks terrible straight or styled. There is no silver lining. Emily needs to work on her skills for sure, both active listening and with the scissors. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEARTACHE AND GO TO A DIFFERENT SALON!

Checking in ahead of time using the app is so convenient and saved me nearly 30 minutes of waiting. The staff are friendly and efficient. The store is clean, open, and welcoming.
