Discovered a nail on the shoulder of my tire, which I knew couldn’t be plugged. Needed to get two tires to match. They took my Ranger right in, same day, and gave me a great deal on tires and labor. Waited maybe twenty minutes at most. No sales shenanigans either. Very busy place, but they find a way to get things done.

I am totally impressed with the quality of service from Hancock Tire & Auto. As someone who has exclusively used make specific dealership service departments, they have gained a customer for life! They provided top notch, high quality, personalized service. I didn't have to deal with hold music or other hassles. The employees are fabulous! Waiting area is clean and comfortable. I was shocked at how affordable their prices are compared to other shops. It doesn't get better than this! Thank you again for a job well done!

I just got an oil change so not much to it. I left my car there and they were pretty quick. I was called about 90 minutes to after saying my car was ready.

Always explain problem diagnosed - reasonable prices and offer alternatives - open seven days a week - quick on small problem like tire repair

Very helpful with a tedious job. I do suspect someone in the shop stole my tow bracket while they had my front number removed. It is an obsolete part apparently and I called to ask about this, however, I never got a call back.
