DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!!
Spent 50.00 yesterday on the works with a tip. Got up this morning and opened back. Had not been vacumed. Undeneath mars, not vacuumed. Interior not wiped down in places. I noticed windshield streaked. I will never go back. One lane had 4 people vacuuming and the other lane I was in had 1 person. My lane hardly moving. Sat there 30 minutes just to get to vacuum area at front of line. I mentioned it was not organized. Was told some cars dirtier and that was why my lane not moving. Then they did not even vacuum my car. Not under mats or rear at all. I have to vacuum my car this morning. Clean my windshield and wipe down interior. Really want to go back and get my money back. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!!

I loke this car wash. I also like that they do the work with so many in our area not providing this service.
I also like how the staff helped a man in a wheelchair. They were so kind and attentive.

Been a customer for years, always had good service. Had an accident that caused some damage to a floor mat but Ryan replaced it. Highly recommend Jules!

I paid for the works and some doors were not touched. Their were bug guys on the front bumper of my car to the point I had to circle back to let them know after I left because that is not right that I paid around $50 for a car wash and they couldn’t even clean the bug guts from the front of my car. When I did the guy said that is bug damage and was not gonna come out. Mind you my car is brand new and got it a month ago so that’s false and I went home and I was able to get all the bug guts off. The guys that wipe down the car seem very lazy to do their job. Granted it’s a hard job but still have some consideration for those that are coming for the convenience and are paying with their hard earned money. I will not ever be returning do to this consistent behavior of the employees. My seats were not touched at all as well with some dirt still on my carpet. I will discourage those who seek a good car wash because Jules Car Wash Riverview doesn’t even make the list.

I just sent my granddaughter there for, what I thought after researching, would be a good cleaning inside and out with this Lexus being her very first car (used car). I took 1 look at the car upon her coming home and was so disappointed. They did not shine her tires, sand was still on the carpet, no Armor All used on dash, there was food on the info face that was still there when she came home, that I immediately grabbed towels and cleaned it off myself, I was so mad. Very disgusted with the lack of professionalism in the work I paid for. Will never recommend this place to anyone again
RESPONSE TO OWNERS POSTING: Thank You for responding. My granddaughter was charged $44.06. She used my credit card. How can you explain that for $4406 that you do not offer a thorough cleaning and vacuuming? I want people to know that if you can take advantage of a teenage girl, you would take advantage of anyone!

I’ve been coming to Jules Car Wash for a while now, and they’ve consistently delivered great service—always on point. However, during a recent visit, the experience fell a bit short of expectations. Normally, I’d let it slide, but this time I went back in and asked if they could revacuum the car. To my surprise, not only did they revacuum it, but they also rewashed the car, and the manager, Sammy, personally stepped in and provided a gift card for the inconvenience. That level of customer service is why I’ll continue coming back. Mistakes happen—but how they handled it made all the difference.
