Came in to get my tire repaired as it wasn’t holding air. They were able to patch it up and get me on my way. Scheduled a last minute appointment and was in for less than 30mins. Team was great!

Went in because I had a gnarly nail in my tire, and they managed to have a spot open for me last minute 🙏🏼 The entire team was so incredibly friendly and got my car done in less than two hours! And the price wasn’t bad at all for replacing an entire tire. I went here on a whim, but absolutely will come back. I couldn’t recommend them more!

What an amazing business with skilled and professional employees! We took our car in after it began to overheat. The problem was very quickly diagnosed and we were called with updates. Our repairs happened very efficiently and quicker than expected. Our team from service desk to repairs and check out was beyond accommodating and polite. We left knowing our car was fully repaired safely. We will continue to bring all our vehicles to Mavis! 10/10 service!

I’ve been coming to Mavis Tires since I was in high school back in 2018, and they’ve never let me down. Easily the best tire shop in Riverview — honestly, the best in all of Hillsborough County. Carlos, Derik, and Jose always take care of me with top-tier service and real professionalism. Appreciate these guys every time I pull up. Highly recommend!

Went to the MAVIS across the street from here, they had no work, techs were willing to help but fromt desk guy was a lazy guy who blatantly refused to help plug/patch a tire with a simple screw in it because “we dont work on duallys”.
Came to this location, they were busy full of cars yet they had me in and out in 20 minutes and went the extra mile to help me get home. Thank you

I had an appointment for an oil change with an estimated time of 1–1.5 hours. The service ended up taking a little over 3 hours. After waiting 2 hours, I noticed my car had not moved from the parking spot. When I approached the counter to ask about the delay, they immediately grabbed my keys, but the service still took more than an hour from that point.
When checking out, I asked why an appointment took that long. The front-desk employee responded, “Appointment only gets you in the door.”
There were also significant inconsistencies with the pricing. At check-in, I was told my vehicle had a $250 “labor fee” for the oil change. This fee has never been applied during previous visits for the same vehicle and service. After questioning the amount, the price was adjusted to $145. When I mentioned that prior oil changes at this location were around $89, the total was reduced again to $105. All of these prices were quoted with a $25 coupon applied. Do what you wish with this information, only sharing my experience.
