Jonathan and Vince at Mavis on 301 in Riverview Florida will get you right! Bought 4 new tires from Tire Kingdom and back tire needed new valve stem. Couldn’t make it to Tire Kingdom to get repaired so headed to Mavis the parent company. Originally was told by one employee they couldn’t fix it ir allow me to use jack or gun. So i began to change tire myself. Vince came from moving a car and seen me struggling and asked what I needed and why didn’t someone come to assist me. He was heated him and manager Jonathan took care of me and I didn’t have to change tire nor drive to Tire Kingdom for repair! Customer service from Vince and Jonathan was superb! I will be back to do business with them in the future. No doubt!!

I walked in expecting to wait a few hours and left in the lobby all morning but that didn’t happen. I walked in and Melissa immediately asked what I needed and figured out how to get me in and out. She had Frank help with my vehicle and I was in and out in 29 minutes. The customer service was unmatched!! I despise going to car shops and this was a great experience!

Such an amazing place. I had new tires put on in another state after getting a nail in 1, so I bought all 4. Drove back home to Florida, did not like how it felt and over the next month, it was a total mess and totally out of alignment. I brought my bill, my car and was prepared to fight. Surprise. The manager took my bill and my car and redid everything- the balancing and the alignment and in 2 hours, I had my car back- fixed and NO CHARGE. Now that is what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE. NOT THE FIRST TIME THESE GUYS HAVE BAILED ME OUT EITHER. THEY ARE SUPER SERVICE PEOPLE AND I RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY!

Being new in town and not knowing what to do about cars, I made one phone call and the amount of help that I received by this establishment was out of this world. Jonathan and Lydia made the experience easy painful and worked out a price I could afford being a single mother and disable don’t have much income, but they got me on the road. I will be going back in I recommend anybody to please go hear they listen to you in anything that’s wrong with your vehicle. They will get you up and running new not feeling well with 3 boys And disabled don’t have much income but they got me on the road. I will be going back in. I recommend anybody to please go hear they listen to you and anything that’s wrong with your vehicle. They will get you on the road fast and with courteous customer service. I love the service here. Came in with a problem they fixed it in mintues. Jonathan and Vince are great they were professional and courteous . This is a great location! I would highly recomend this location.
