I had a good experience at this location. I had an appt for 11am and was out the door by 1125. Notbad at all. Tasha did my bloodwork and I didn’t even feel it. Great job, Tasha! I will come back to this location for any future lab draws.

The lady at the front desk is super rude and arrogant. Was going to ask if I can take a test I needed done there but she made me check in first for no reason just to try to make me feel dumb when she called me up in front of everyone. Well now I know to never go there.

This Labcorp does not work professionally. Only know money but don't know how to respect patients (customers). Not knowing how to solve even a very small problem. Stressing the patient for just $38.00 . It's not the patient's fault. If I'm dying, I don't want to be tested at Labcorp even just once. Good bye !

I have not had any issues at this LabCorp. Their is ample parking. The check-in process is easy and done on a tablet but I've had to help older individuals before. There is not a lot of seats inside and give you the option to wait in your car.

If you have young children, I’d strongly advise against bringing them here. I took my 6 year old son to get a set of labs done. It was his first time having to get blood drawn and naturally he was nervous and scared. When the tech saw he was getting scared every time she would go near him she called in a coworker by the name of Tee to assist her by holding my sons arm in place. My son then started to shake his leg nervously and slouch forward in the chair so Tee took it upon herself to be stern with him saying “nope you can’t do that you need to stop moving and sit back” at first I let it be because I thought it would be quick from there, my son ended up flinching and Tee lost it with him she started to yell at my kid saying nope I’m not doing this you can’t be moving like that you’re going to hurt someone else and kept screaming at him then at me saying I would need to take him to all children’s & left the room. I attended to my son cause at this point he was bleeding from his arm and crying of how scared he was. I left the room straight to the front to ask for the supervisor because the way she yelled at my son was unacceptable. She then proceeded to yell some more and slam the hallway door. The entire office staff & patient waiting room witnessed her nasty behavior towards me and my son. The front desk person Tasha was super nice & apologized for her coworkers nasty attitude. I was able to reach the office supervisor Lisa Martin to file a complaint. Currently still waiting on a follow up about the situation. Tee should not be working with anyone with that type of bedside manner. Not only was my son nervous for his first time getting blood drawn, now he’s even more afraid since a person I told him he could trust plain out yelled and reprimanded him for doing what any 6 year old would have done in his case.

Super quick ! Barely a wait, easy check in at the kiosk. The three lovely ladies were awesome. Brought my two year old here to draw some blood and they all helped make her feel as comfortable as possible. Thank you !

Came here on a Monday afternoon.The staff at this location (Boyette Rd) was phenomenal!!! So friendly and made the experience stress free for my daughter. Round of applause for those three ladies.Making the appointment online was easy and painless. The check in process was also very easy. We were seen on time and in and out in a few minutes.

This complaint is not about the staff at this location or any Labcorp. This complaint is to the greedy executives to put more money in their pockets keep their locations short staff. I went for blood work and had at least a 30 min. Because they had their receptionist doing 2 jobs. This is ridiculous. Stop being cheap and put a full staff in your locations. Stop over working and under paying your people.

People were kind but service was terrible. If you don’t have people capable of performing a blood work on small children don’t even take the appointment. My two years old was pinched in both arms and no success then lady implying that my kid didn’t drink enough water instead of holding herself accountable that she didn’t do her job properly. I don’t recommend for for small children.

Slow and unorganized. I walked in and there were only 2 people ahead of me. Within 30 mins the waiting turned to 15+ people waiting. Elderly patients had no where to sit. They literally take ONE patient every 30-45 mins.
