Somehow when items on gift receipts are returned, they are refunded back to the gift GIVER rather than stored credit. Instead of offering a resolution, whe. I asked if I could just have the merchandise back instead of having nothing gift for my birthday, the (supervisor?) employee said “No, we own that now” because it was tendered.
Rather than causing a scene at the store and in front of my kids, I took the L and am leaving reviews and will now be driving the extra 3 miles to Home Depot.

WILFRED IN THE PLUMBING DEPARTMENT is AWESOME! I’m pretty limited in my knowledge of anything re plumbing. Mr Wilfred is always so helpful and with such great attitude. Today I came with a list of plumbing items necessary for a job I’m having done, which were foreign to me. He helped me with all of it—went isle to isle, and even took the time to explain what they were for. He definitely saved me a whole lot of time.
I’m so grateful for him and all the other great employees I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with at this Lowes. I’ve never had a negative experience every time I come here—which is quite often!

They have gone to all self checkout…not a fan! Long past are there days where employees would stop you and see if you needed help. The paint section it’s the one saving grace.

Have a store credit WITH receipt and unable to use it because I didn’t have my license which they already got upon issue. I’m 66 yrs old. My husband drove therefore I didn’t bring my license. Cashier called over manger who couldn’t help and called over Steve who wouldn’t help
So I drove 20 miles got nothing because NOW they can keep their %#^*+
I’ll gone back with license to spend card and than never ever go back again
This is why I shop Home Depot or Amazon
Steve should be fired as he is useless

I came to buy a paint and Tyler was the only CS at the desk with NO clients! I waited about 1 min before realizing I was there... then I finally was "help". I asked him If he could scan my bar code to make my paint again, he asked me what kind of paint It was... then he kept doing whtever he had been doing before with no advise of waiting or expected results. Stood there for about another 3 minutes that felt it like 15! With no other customers! I was the only one! I left and as I return fee moments later, he wad now helping other 2 customers! 630pm! Today sunday 28th! Btw I just opened your credit card and joined your mvp program which I spent 6K last week! I should go to home depot instead! My paint guy there it was so much nicer!!!!! Your slogan "DO IT RIGHT"

Absolutely upset with Lowe’s and their process for the credit card I was told I could save $100 off my large purchase if I applied for the card when you do the application it approves you and then tells you after you’re already locked in with an insulting 30+ percent interest rate . please don’t ever apply for this garbage card! process is absolutely insulting. I’m not sure I can ever shop at this Lowe’s again just as absolute insult management would barely even try to help the process took over 45 minutes just to check out to have them insult me

I had a great experience in this store- with a special thank you to Jordan in the Garden department. Despite working hard in scorching heat with a non-stop line of customers, he was happy, positive, upbeat and made my checkout experience great! In a world where companies are complaining about finding good help I hope the store realizes what they have in an employee like Jordan. He knew how to keep the line moving and cheer up even the hottest and grumpiest of customers. Thanks Jordan- I hope yoou get a good raise for displaying excellence in customer service!
