Lowes does not care about its customers. They had a fencing company (Florida State Fence) come to my home and improperly install the fence with half the concrete and then did nothing to help me. Each post is supposed to get a bag of concrete and the did not do that. I have photos to prove it and it was complete my ignored by Lowe's and the fencing company. I will not shop at lowes for anything in the future. DO NOT USE EITHER LOWES OR FLORIDA STATE FENCE. They also left a mess with dirt thrown everywhere along with the crews lunch trash and these metal pieces everywhere. U

I was at Lowes today. One of the associates was rude when I asked why wasn't a cashiers station open. She was sarcasm in stating " we don't have cashiers". I ask again and she stated "I told you we don't cashiers, you are going to have to,use self=checkout". Customer service needs to improve at the Lowes in Riverview, Florida

I had the pleasure of working with a gentleman named Winfred. His customer service was outstanding. I shared some information about a project I am working on. He asked a few questions to ensure he understood what I needed. He made a few recommendations that actually helped me and saved me a lot of time and money. I was so impressed with his knowledge of the products and his eagerness to help me. I truly felt valued. His customer service was truly exceptional. If you ever have plumbing questions, he is the MAN!!!

Ordered a refrigerator on 1-28-24 from Mark. He was the best part of this whole mess. He was pleasant and helpful. Everyone after that was not. I received my first damaged fridge delivered on 2-3-24. They unpacked it and took it back saying it was damaged. Called to get another one scheduled. The outsourced delivery company doesn’t communicate well with Lowes. So after an additional week of waiting and taking a day off work they delivered a 2nd damaged fridge on 2-9 Friday. After trying to reschedule for the same weekend the manager proceeded to tell me it may come on Sunday but most likely Monday. At that moment I asked her to refund the total order as I was not willing to take an additional day off of work. She was not accommodating or kind. I received a partial credit for the warranty back on my credit card…however I kept watching my bank account for the 1699 for the fridge….it never appeared. I spoke w a manager on 2-9 who assured me that it would be taken care of. On 2-13-24 the next manager stated it had been refunded. On 2-14-24 the next manager stated that due to it coming from a loan account that I would need to come to the store for cash. I asked if they were planning on notifying me of this inconvenience and his reply was they called you on Sunday which is not correct. What a waste of my time and lack of service this has been. I will never buy another appliance from Lowe’s. I have been a customer my entire life moving around in the military. I have bought many appliances from Lowe’s but beware of the lack of trying to make it right at this store. I manage a surgery center and know how to treat the customer. This is my first negative google review; I am so disappointed and frustrated and hoping that you don’t experience the same treatment that I have received from Riverview Lowes.

Buyer beware on purchasing products that require installation. After spending significant cash on all new window coverings, the product was faulty and ended up being replaced 100% by the manufacturer; however, Lowe’s would not cover the installation of the new product under warranty. They are happy to sell product but don’t uphold customer service values. Lost a customer for life.

This review is about customer service.During my visit today 2/4/2023, I encountered two (2) exceptional store employees.First at the return counter "Karen" was professional and courteous with a return of merchandise transaction.Then at self-checkout Erin was the same professional and courteous employee assisting with my purchase using the gift card credit from my return.In this labor market Lowes Riverview should be proud of the customer service these to employees provided.In fact, let me call them both ambassadors for Lowes and credit them with the reason I will return.

Good place for odd things. So went plant shopping. Houseplants and they had some great choices.
